Charles and I are currently eating our food on the ottoman in my living room.
We decided on watching Grey’s anatomy on my laptop which is currently on the ottoman, and we are sitting on the floor with our backs touching the couch.
“So, what’s that guy’s name?” Charles asks with his mouth full of his burrito.
“McSteamy.” I explained to him.
Then continue to eat my bowl of heaven.
“That’s his actual name?” Charles asks in disbelief, then starts to take a sip of his coke from Chipotle.
“Well, no, it’s Mark Sloan, the ladies just call him McSteamy.” I explained as a matter of fact.
Out of the how many months we have been dating, I still can’t believe that he never has seen Grey’s Anatomy.
“Oh okay, we should have nicknames too.” He tells me.
“Like what?” I ask him whilst raising an eyebrow at him.
“Like you can be blondie.” He says then picks up his burrito.
“Blondie...” I say, then eat some of my yummy rice.
“Yeah, or honey because you have honey-blonde hair.” He tells me.
“I prefer honey.” I say taking a sip of my own coke.
Making him laugh and then kiss me on the side of my forehead.
“Honey it is then.” He explains.
“I get it Trevor, so this weekend we fly to see Marissa.” I hear my mama explain to my daddy.

“Oh, hey Charles, when does practice begin?” My daddy asks him.
“Um, it’s tomorrow, I just wanted to have my last night of freedom to be with girlfriend, Trevor.” Charles says while looking up at my daddy.

“Well that’s good, hey good luck this Friday night.” My daddy tells him.
He just completely ignored what was said about me.
“Yeah thanks sir.” Charles explains.

“Trevor, I need help.” I hear my mama said.
“Welp, when the wife calls you, you answer.” He explains.
Then stood back up and then walked out of the living room.

After I take my shower, I change in my pajamas in the bathroom and then turn off the light.
But before I turned the door handle, I heard some voices outside my bathroom.
I leaned my left ear against the door.
“I wish that Macie was just like Marissa, I mean to be honest here, I’m shocked that Macie has a boyfriend, and Marissa doesn’t.” My mama says with an agitated tone in her voice.
This made me roll my eyes.
But kept on listening.
“I know, does no guy think my daughter is attractive?” My daddy asks.
He just completely ignored what was said about me.
“Yeah thanks sir.” Charles explains.
