I come home carrying what my mama told me to get.
“Put them in the kitchen.” I hear my mama order from the dining room.
I sighed and then walked through the hallway and placed the groceries on top of the kitchen island.
I then left the kitchen and walked back outside to grab my cheer bag, and school backpack.
After locking my car, I made my way inside and up my stairs then went inside my bedroom.
I sit down at my desk, and then get my homework out of my backpack, and start doing my homework, starting with my Chemistry homework.
With my stomach feeling super stuffed, so I then stand up and walk out of my bedroom, and into my bathroom.
After turning on my bathroom light, I grab my toothbrush, but right as I’m putting the toothbrush inside my mouth, I hear my phone ringing in my bedroom.
Making me groan and put my brush back down, and then walk out of the bathroom and back inside my room.
“Hey babe.” I say once I answer Charles’ phone call.
“Hey beautiful, I just wanted to see how you’re doing.” He tells me.
Making me smile.
“I’m fine handsome, just about to start on my homework.” I tell him while making my way back inside my bathroom.
“Well good, I miss you.” He tells me.
“I miss you too.” I chuckled.
“Please sleepover tomorrow after school, I hate not being with you.” He pleads over my phone.
“Well, okay I guess, my sister is coming home tomorrow.” I tell him.
“Oh, why’s that?” He asks me.
“My mom didn’t tell me why.” I sighed thinking of the memory.
“Hm well want me to come over? Or do you want to come over here?” Charles asks me carefully.
I think for a moment.
“Please sleepover, I’ll pick you up for school and since we both have practice at the same time, I’ll be your ride.” Now it was my turn to plea.
“Alright babe, I’ll sleepover tomorrow.” He tells me softly.
“Thank you.” I thank him as I am patting my tummy.
“No problem, so what time will you be here in the morning?” He asks.
“About 6:45, I’ll text you once I pull up.” I explained.
“Okay, I love you, and will see you in the morning.” He says.
“Love you too and I’ll see you then.” I say checking myself out in the mirror.
We both hanged up on each other at the same time.
I then silenced my phone and put it down next to my sink.
That’s when I shut and locked my bathroom door, and grabbed my electric toothbrush, like I used before.
Then started to shove it down my throat.
I will feel pretty again.

“So, is Charles coming for this important dinner tonight?” My mama asks me while I’m eating my breakfast at the kitchen island.
“Yeah, he is.” I tell her.
Then put a whole sausage patty in my mouth.
And then another one, while my mama is making a face at me.
“You’re going to get fatter than you already are, if you keep doing that.” She explains as a matter of fact.
“No, I’m not.” I argue.
“Just don’t sit next to Marissa tonight, if you don’t want to feel insecure.” Was all she said and then started to wash her hands at the kitchen sink.
I rolled my eyes at her statement, and then booked it out of there.
I put my backpack on my back, and then grabbed my black cheer bag, and walked outside to my car.
After putting the bag in the back seat with my backpack, I decided to call up my boyfriend.
“Hello baby, I’m just eating breakfast now, are you on your way?” He asks me after answering the phone after the second ring.
“Yep, getting in my car now babe.” I tell him whilst closing my car door and then starting up the car engine.
“Okay babe, I’ll see you soon.” He tells me.
Then he hangs up, and I put my seatbelt on and then pull out of my driveway.

I’m currently driving to school with Charles in the passenger’s seat.
“I’m shocked that I finished all of my homework.” He says with a chuckle.
“Really? Maybe we shouldn’t do any homework together anymore.” I ordered him with a laugh.
“Awh, why?” He asks me with a pout.
Which I can see going on from the corner of my right eye.
“Because, I break your concentration a lot.” I giggle.
“But I might need your help with a math problem.” He explains.
“You have my number, don’t you?” I ask him.
“Well yeah, but I’m more of a visual learner.” He sighs.
I just laughed.
“Come on babe, it’ll be good for us.” I chuckled.
“Fine.” He says while crossing his arms over his chest like he’s a nine-year-old, pouting about them receiving the word “no.”
“It’s going to be fine baby.” I chuckled with my right arm rubbing his left one.
“I hope so.” He sighs.
Making me laugh.

“So, we have an away game this Friday, I need you ladies to be here on the field by 6 pm on the dot.” My coach orders all of us.
Oh great, our first away game.
At least my parents don’t go to any of my games, because they most certainly would hate going to an away game.
Something about making the drive there.
“Yes coach.” We all say in a unison.
“Okay great, see you all tomorrow.” She tells us.
Then we all go our separate ways, and I make my way to my car.
As soon as I put my bag in the backseat, I see my handsome now sweaty boyfriend running to me with his bag over his shoulder.
“Hey there beautiful.” He explains kissing me on the lips after he runs up to me.
At least I’m parked next to the football field, so he won’t have to cross the street or anything of the sort.
“Hey there.” I tell him, while giving him a smile.
“Are you ready to tackle your family?” He asks me while putting his bag in the backseat of my car.
“Ugh, don’t remind me.” I groaned then closed the door.
He places a kiss on my forehead.
“You got this babe, and I’ll be there too.” He tells me.
“That is true.” I say.
