Adam knocked and came into my room and sat down on the sofa facing me and I closed my eyes pretending I was asleep so he wouldn't hit me again.
“I know you are not sleeping, Rhea so stop pretending. And I came to say I shouldn't have done that to you, but I didn't have any option because you were being very stubborn and annoying. But I won't do it next time,” he said. Why can't he say sorry and stop blaming me. I kept quiet.
“I just apologized to you Rhea so you need to say you are not angry anymore so that I can leave and attend to important issues. So are you still angry with me?” He asked arrogantly.
“ No," I lied, so he would just go away.
