Axel's POV
I threw a strong punch at the wall after realizing Vanessa would be here soon, it wasn't in anger but in jubilation.
Initially, all I felt was the mate bond which she denied feeling. I was the Alpha, why would a lowly maid reject me? Unless she had heard about the rules of our pack that deterred an Alpha from choosing a lowborn as their Luna. I was going to change that rule.
