Chapter Ten When the phone call from his mother finally ended, Wilkes’ heart sunk. The decent thing to do now would to be call Balkhi straight away and let him know he’d screwed up and that there was a change of plan for the weekend. What he really wanted to do was perform some kind of magical spell which allowed him to be in two places at once—keeping both his family and his boyfriend happy.
