“No….please no!!!” I yelled as I jolted up from my sleep, my body drenched in sweat despite the air conditioners, Zayn who was sitting on the chair beside me was also awake as he came closer to the bed.
“Are you okay?” He asked, concern etched on his face and I nodded, still reeling from the dream.
I heaved a deep breath, “it’s just a dream” I spoke up, my voice cracking as the tears threatened to fall. These days I was becoming an emotional mess and I hated it so much; perhaps because of the pregnancy.
