“So, how is your training going on?” Dad asked Avery being serious now. Being the former Alpha, he is still very focused in the pack issues and is taking care of everything about Lucas issues personally. So, not letting others stretch our teasing session he interrupted with his question.
“Um.. it’s going good dad.” She replied him passing a smile.
“What good dad? She just gets exhausted quickly and asks me to quit for the day. And, if I don’t listens to she just take advantage of us being mate knowing very well that Devon would come into her sweet words.” I said to dad looking between both dad and Avery.
Glaring at me she squeezed my arm below the table. “Really, Avery? Is it true what he is saying?” Dad asked her to which she got nervous.
