A Spell Called LOVE

Alexan didn’t open her shop since she’s no feeling that well. She looked herself in her house but something was telling her to get out from there and she did it. She went to the coffee shop to buy some cappuccino frap and walked to the park. It was already noon and no too hot since it was cloudy. She was walking when she saw something was setting up there.

“Open gig?” Alexan guessed when she saw the instruments are being placed on the stage and making sound system checks.

She took a seat in some bench there while watching the crew to setup the stage. In the middle of her relaxing, she saw a familiar lady who came out from the backstage and walked toward the woods. The woods was a part of the park and out of curiosity, she followed the lady since it was familiar to her. She followed the girl quietly when she heard her sings.

When Alexan hear her sang, somewhere within her heart she knew the piece and she knew the voice. Somewhere, she knew this lady. The way it stands, the way it sings, the way it moved around the nature; everything about this lady in front of her was so familiar. It might not be in her mind but somewhere in her heard it does.

Without knowing she was already crying her whole heart then slowly her feet began to move.

I feel something sneak into me

“Yume.” She called through thought that made the lady looked back.

Yume was surprised seeing Alexan crying and began to sprint toward her. Alexan hugged her tightly that made Yume smiled.

“Alexan…” Yume said as she patted Alexan’s back.

“DON’T YOU DARE LEAVE ME AGAIN!” Alexan snapped that caught Yume off guard.

“Don’t ever vanished before my eyes…you’re my dream catcher…” Alexan continued as she can’t stop her tears from falling.

She’s longing for her presence.

Yume distanced herself a bit so she could see Alexan and through her looking she saw something around her neck. It was a Yang pendant that made her heart ached.

“Ah, just looking at you; pulls my love to you like a magnet.” Yume said that made Alexan met her eyes finally.

“I fear that you’re going to leave me like the others I’ve been with because they learned that I’m a witch; so, I thought leaving you won’t hurt me much…” Yume explained as she tried to held her tears.

“Then what?” Alexan eager to know what Yume really felt for her.

“It hurts me more than I thought it would be but what can I do, Alexan. I want to protect you not just from me but to everything that will harm you whether in dreams or in reality. I want to be strong to do that. For you…I – there so many I want. I’m selfish now and I don’t want that. You have a life and I don’t want to cage you like a bird…” Yume burst her pain and fear over the feelings she was having for Alexan.

“I know because I love you too.” Alexan butted in while smiling as she walked closer to Yume.

“What?” Yume didn’t catch what she said.

“I said I love you too and I don’t care if you hurt me a thousand times or more. I don’t even care if you’re a witch or what. I love you for who you are and for who you’ll become. You’re you and that’s what I fell for. I love you, Yume.” Alexan clarified it that made Yume hugged her.

“I love you too, Alexan.” Yume responded while they were hugging each other.

“Better to stay with me.” Alexan reminded Yume who just chuckled.

“I’m your dreamcatcher.” Yume said before kissing Alexan’s lips.

As their lips parted, Alexan noticed the Yin dreamcatcher’s pendant around Yume’s neck and it made her felt much closer to her more than anything.

After making a mends, their connection was now stronger than it used to be but behind those meetings Yume still has a secret to hide from Alexan.

“Even I wanted to tell her that she was the young lady I saw years ago with the villagers; I couldn’t open my mouth about it. It’s a past that I, alone could carry around.” Yume thought as they both went back to the park since Yume’s gig was about to start.

The one spell the can rule everything whether in dreams or in reality and it could not be broken by anything. It’s the every powerful unrestricted spell you’ll ever going to have is Love.
