CHAPTER FOUR “I know you understand me!” Lilian retorted, jabbing my right hand angrily as she made to leave. “But, my mind says you have something else to tell me,” Celine replied back, suddenly and bluntly, “I want you to open up your mind to me, for this last time, Lilian.” “I guess you want me to talk about Dave?” Lilian returned rudely. “Maybe!” I exclaimed back, “just anything! Say anything!” Celine was getting much angrier than ever, even with Lilian than she was, with Dave himself. So quickly, she left the entire building and setting, deciding to go for beer, no matter what any one said in contradictory statements. Celine was not only imagining how Dave in the past rejected her, she was also upset at the way her hurtful present, with Lilian rovered over her mind. The next thing she did was start to break glasses; Celine wanted to show off her displeasure. Even though she was a very cool person, her temper could not permit her to act as such, as it was being despised and tampered with, by the mischievous Lilian. Apparently, Celine had the wish that Dave would come back to her. But, she was ready to still display the ugly crumbs of her anger to anyone, in the meantime. Nothing worked! Celine's angry reaction, contradictory words and her feelings; nothing was working! No matter how glaring the dark world was, being oppressive to her, she did not know what was really happening to her. Having used hard drugs far earlier before what was playing out, when the strange beast visited her, and she had been all right again straight away, as a bad feeling from such was aroused in her. Well, what Celine started to think was that she could be her consumption of alcohol. And sincerely, she never really desired to drink anything like alcohol or wine but, the impulse to do, from her friends was so compelling and influential. What kind of taste was her mouth having? What type of vision status was Celine developing as her eyes abruptly became yellowish and watery? Apparently, all the symptoms could not accrue to any particular disease or infection. In fact, Celine was not someone who easily contracted diseases from people; it was as if it had been long confirmed that she was having an intense immunity from contagion. Celine began to think of one Vampy fever, which suddenly erupted in Ven Zemen, and included few of the signs, which she was feeling all over her body. But, how would she have sustained a fever of which source was from a very far and strange land? How that easily? At least, Celine had never visited Ven Zemen except in her dreams, which only funnily made her know more about the forest areas; the fantasy world. "What's going on?" She asked, and shouted very loudly. Someone seemed to have been noticing her voice and furious reactions, as well as the feelings she developed, from the disgust of the strange body infection. So clearly, Celine was scared! I tiptoed to my door to check if what I thought was true or was just one of my foolish fantasies because I used to witness such in my dream and that had been happening for a great number of years since she was born into Manelda, after her time travel, from Scotland. What was going to happen next whether to me or to where I resided was now the concern, as she started planning to relocate again. The first place Celine lived, apart from the real world - Scotland, was Educta, which was a sub-world on its own according to old geographer legends like Coldier. It was a land of forest, hills, mountains and waters and also, was full of beasts of many kinds, male and female. The Educta forest did not do well for her. The kind of fantasies I started having almost uttered my mentality about the possibility of true visions or dreams. She encountered a lot of challenges which sounded very foolish; the things seemed to make no sense to her actually but, whenever she told her mother about it then, she shunned her by often whispering the common statement to her ears: 'they are nothing but dreams!' Apparently, Her mother succeeded in making her feel that dreams and visions were only instances of fantasy which anyone could see, whenever one went unconscious or drunk, and fell asleep resultantly. Whether there was a being knocking on my door or not, was no longer my concern in any case. "Okay, that person at the door is just in my fantasy and not any real," Celine would say to herself. It was until Celine heard another knock, a heavy one, that she came to myself and knew the person there was real and he was actually knocking! Suddenly, Celine decided to gather some strength which she did, as she walked closer to the door. As soon as she held the knob, the door opened wide and the one who was knocking entered immediately. "Who are you, please?" Celine asked him. Funnily enough, the person only ignored her and stalked straight towards her bedroom. Probably, the person at the door did not know she had locked it. So surprisingly, I met the person in the room, drunk and half-naked. There was one of Celine's mug of liquor in his left hand, and it was the same she had already planned to drink that night. "How did you open my door when I already have locked it?" Celine asked him. "What do you mean?" He asked her back. I am very clear in what I said, so don't ask me questions as I am doing,” she stated, as she also ogled him, “remember I accommodated you here!" That was what Celine could do. She let out a shout on him, to either bring him back to consciousness or at least, make him talk and make some sense. "Sorry, madam..." He muttered, as he scratched his ears.
