Serena stirred, stretching lazily across the bed. A soft yawn slipped from her lips before her eyes fluttered open. For a moment, she froze. She was still in the Alpha King’s chambers.
Her gaze darted around. Empty. Kaelen wasn’t there.
She sat up slowly, a frown tugging at her lips when she noticed her clothes had been changed. It can’t be him… no way he would bother with that.
Pushing the thought aside, she slipped off the bed and left the chambers.
