Chapter 12Twenty minutes later, he entered the house, nearly seething with riled, boiling emotions. For someone that prides himself on a calm, cool head, it looks like that idea is blown out of the water. He scolded himself even as he realized he couldn’t control the turbulence inside him any more than he could control Vex’s damaging storms.
Sebastian had scurried to his food bowl and yowled until Destiny opened a can and refilled the dry kibble. Immediately, he chowed down as if half-starved.
