Powhattan's POV

415 Words
Hello everyone! You can call me Powhattan. I'm a northerner, by the way. I also went to Kirhaussen. As what has been said by Vadet, most participants in this selection came from this school so we already knew each other well. Let me give you a preview about Ekkran. This city is quite fascinating really. It gives off a cyberpunk vibe. A futuristic kind of city. Considering the geographical location of this city, this land would be a total waste if not for the intellegence of engineering. Wondering why? Because it covers a large area crisscrossed by rivers and mountains but this doesn't stop it for a massive development. Hence, it's of great interest among southerners as well as notherners. I think this Selection of queen for Prince Drake rekindle everyone's desire for this great and awe inspiring city. I wouldn't be surprised if this Selection has lot's of "things" involved. I'm at the function hall right now and I can see a lot of pretty girls here. I do recognise a lot of faces though but this girl coming in just now is quite mesmerizing. She's undeniably attractive. She's a total new face. I wonder where did she came from. “May I? “- she asked referring to the seat beside me “Absolutely.” – I said with a smile Oh. She’s absolutely stunning. “Thanks.”-she also said with a smile “Powhattan, by the way.” – I said extending my arm “Serra.” – she said. Just when she was about to reach out my hand, the emcee then, interrupted. Speaking in front. And we both just give a laugh at each other. I feel good about this girl. I think we could be friends. All the girls were very attentive listening the rules and regulations of the competition. Except me, I guess. Honestly, I'm not interested in this. I just participated by the queens order. Looking beside me as the announcement goes on, I could see Serra's left hand clutches into a fist. And I can't help myself to get her attention. “Hey, are you okay?” - I then asked (Pointing the clutch of her hand.) She then seem to get back at her senses and give me a weak smile. There must be something wrong but I don't think I have the gut to ask further so I just nod at her reassuringly and said "Everything's gonna be fine. Don't think too much."
