Lumina woke the next morning to Ingrid nudging her shoulder. Lumina had actually slept the whole night and didn’t even have a nightmare. The extra blanket Ingrid had given her had certainly helped. It was early, but all the servants had to be up early to get their work done.
“Lumina, it’s time to get out of bed. I need to introduce you to Hazel and Granny Fern.” Ingrid spoke hurriedly.
Lumina nodded and got out from under the blankets. She had felt warmer under all the blankets than she had in a long time.
“Here, I’ve got a uniform for you to wear for when you are cleaning and working around the Academy.” Ingrid presented the light grey outfit.
Lumina stood and removed her nightdress and quickly pulled the new grey uniform dress over her head. Ingrid tied the strings at her back
