"How do you think I look, Mum?" Zhanarah inquired of her stepmother. "You look gorgeous, darling." She gave her a sweet smile. "You looked stunning in everything you wear. As if it was made specifically for you. You are the one who shines the brightest in everyone." She added as she was fixing her hair. "You're such a sweet mother. That is why I adore you and love you so much. You're the best there is. Really." She wrapped her arms around her. Even though she isn't her biological mother, she feels as if they are really blood related. She's all set to go to work. She is so nervous that she feels like vomiting. She re-examined herself in the mirror in front of her. "You've got this, Zhanarah." She said it to herself. She inhaled deeply. All she has to do now is go downstairs and get into Liam's car, which has been waiting for her for nearly 30 minutes. She wondered if he would continue to send cars to pick her up. However, it was not stated in the contract that she would be staying at his house and sleeping there at night. All he said was that he wanted to be his daughter's nanny. So, I suppose it's a yes? I'm not sure. "I was the one who chose the outfit, Mum." Isaac, who had just entered her room, boasted. Yes. Isaac is the one who chose her day's outfit. He insisted last night that he would be the one to choose her clothes. After all, he has some fashion sense. "He's at it again." She smirked and rolled her eyes. "Of course, I'm aware you did." Their stepmother burst out laughing. Zhanarah dressed down in a simple white polo shirt tucked into a black pencil skirt, white sneakers, and a black shoulder bag. Her hair was also tucked into her preferred bummed style, a simple ponytail with tendrils framing her face. She's not wearing make-up as usual, and the only thing she has in her bag is the little girl rules book. Of course, she wouldn't forget. That's the most important thing she has right now. Her phone, some cash, and the diary she always brought with her wherever she goes. It's like her lucky charm and guardian angel. "Guys, it's time for me to leave. I believe Liam's bodyguard has grown tired of waiting for me." Zhanarah said this while kissing his brother and stepmother on the cheeks. "Okay, be cautious, okay? Remember to call me if anything bad happens." Her stepmother expressed her concern in a worried tone of voice. "I'll call you later, sis." Her brother said this as she lay in her bed. "All right, mum, don't worry about it and get some rest, okay?" She hugged her stepmother and looked at her brother. "Sac, please look after your mother. And, if you have time, choose an outfit for me for tomorrow." She added, smiling at him. "With all due respect, madam." Isaac responded jokingly. She jokingly punches his legs before turning to walk out the door. "Bye." She said for the last time and wave at them. When Zhanarah arrived at Liam's manor, she was still taken aback by what she had seen. The mansion appears to be magnificent. For people like her, it was like heaven. It was as if she had just seen it the day before. She was led into the living room by one of the workers, and her heart began to pound faster and faster with each step she took. When she enters the living room, her heart begins to race. She still can't believe she'll be working as a nanny. She noticed Liam Davis and his daughter Audrey with their eyes fixed on the wall clock. "Good morning," she said as she greeted them. She was about to bow, but a hot hold of her head prevented her from doing so. She recalls Liam telling her not to bow because he isn't a God. They both stare at her. "Look, Daddy. She's arrived." Audrey exclaimed, wide-eyed, as she slipped her feet into her bunny shoes. "Yeah, good morning," Liam said flatly."We thought you wouldn't come back, but I'm so glad you did." Audrey said as she approached her "I'm truly sorry. I have to look presentable for both of you, which is why I haven't noticed the time." "I'm sorry," she said apologetically. "You don't have to do that. You're beautiful enough, just like me," Audrey said, widening her smile. She, too, smiled at her. When she sees the little girl, she feels a little more at ease; the nervousness she felt when she was still at home vanishes. "Anyway, have you gone through my rules booklet yet?" "Yes." "And?" Audrey inquired, her voice full of curiosity. "I think I'll be able to handle it." "And what does that imply?" She inquired, her face tense. "I am now officially employed as your nanny." Zhanarah spoke without noticing how Liam's face lit up. "Are you sure?" She nodded in response.Really? Yayyyy!!" Audrey and Zhanarah both laughed. She adores the child. "Welcome to my world, Nanny Arah, if you don't mind if I call you that?" Zhanarah takes a look at the child. Except for her stepmother, no one ever called her Arah, and hearing the little girl do so makes her feel like a different person. As if she were a virgin. "I just thought calling you nanny Zhanarah was too long, so I decided to call you Nanny Arah." I'm much more at ease with it now." She went on to say "Of course, Audrey," I say. You certainly can, and I thank you." She takes a long stride towards her. "So, you're officially to resume now as Audrey's nanny. You'll stay here on weekdays, and be able to go home on weekends, I know you're not aware of it since I haven't able to tell you that's why you didn't brought any of your things. But that's not a problem. Anyway, by tomorrow you should move into your room here." Liam said. "Ha? Uhm...okay?" Zhanarah said, trying to digest what Liam had said. So, she'll be staying here during weekdays? What I'm about to say is already written in Audrey's Booklet, but I'll say it anyways. You're not allow to yell at her, hit her, or make her cry. Once you do any of that, you know you'll be fired." Liam said stating at her intently. He knows that she won't be able to do that to her daughter, but he needs to follow and do his things as a good father. "Don't worry, I'm not going to do that. I'm not like any other woman who abuses children. I adore children above all else." Zhanarah spoke up. "Okay. Try to follow her rules as much as possible; she dislikes it when her rules are broken." "Okay." "And I don't think you'll have any problems with each other; you seem to like each other already." His daughter burst out laughing. Liam has never seen her daughter get so excited about a new nanny. I believe she was too traumatized by what Lucy had done to her. When she left yesterday, she was talking about Zhanarah. She has a thing for the lady. Liam took a look at the lady. She's lovely, and she dresses nicely and decently. She looks nothing like she did the night they were together."I suppose I'll leave you guys now." Liam said as he picked up his phone. He stood up and was about to leave the living room to go to his room when one of his workers walked in, stooping over him. What?" "Madam Cassandra has arrived." The maid spoke to him hesitantly. "Wait, what the fu...?" Liam was saying something, but he remembered Audrey was there, so he couldn't continue cursing. "And she's attempting to barge her way in." The maid continued. That lady was very hard headed. She wouldn't listen to him even though he already threatened her. He massaged the back of his neck. She's giving him a headache. "Tell the guards to f**k with her and kick her out." He screamed angrily. Zhanarah blinked several times, perplexed, and quickly bent to console Audrey, who had begun crying.Liam cursed several times before turning to face Cassandra. Audrey's cries grew louder, and Zhanarah was about to grab her when she remembered her fourth rule. *DO NOT TOUCH ME WITHOUT WASHING YOUR HANDS." Damn!
