Sister Chloe did not expect Sister Anasha to say that. She felt that the old Sister Anasha's habits returned. She couldn't help but feel fear for Emery. “Why don’t you answer me right now? Why don’t you save Emery and replace her on repenting to her sins,” added by Sister Anasha.

Sister Chloe looked at the unconscious Emery again. She felt sorry for the wound she had received. She felt that Emery could no longer cope when the nun punished her again. “Then punish me instead of this poor girl. This was the first time that she had broken one of the rules of Heaven’s Temple. Shouldn't you not punish her too much?” Sister Chloe replied.

She did not make it clear to the nun she was talking to that she is feeling nervous. Sister Chloe had no idea what Sister Anasha might do to her as a punishment. “It is better to punish her while it is still early. If she is not acted upon immediately, she will be able to do even more against us by chance.”

Sister Chloe shook her head slightly at her, “I doubt that. Emery is not that kind of child. She is smart and thinks well. Maybe she was so angry that she mentioned a prayer we had with her classmates that time. They have done too much for her.”

“I told her that I would transfer she to the school but she didn't want to. He still chose to stay at Hellviore High even though that’s what she was experiencing there. Emery is being blamed for Steph's death and my name is tarnished because of this child.”

Sister Chloe felt Sister Anasha's anger. She thought it seemed to be holding Emery back for a long time. As Emery gets older, she prefers to decide for herself and not other people. Sister Chloe thought that Emery's knowledge of the world in which she lived was expanding.

“I— I don’t want to go to other schools...”

The two sisters looked at Emery when they heard her speak. “See? She was even able to answer our conversation today. Hurry up and treat her because she still needs to be punished for the sin she has committed. We can't give her a special exemption just because we have been taking care of Emery for a long time,” Sister Anasha replied seriously.

“I already told you earlier, Sister Anasha. You can punish me than Emery. The punishment she had suffered earlier was already too much. When she commits another sin, you can punish her again. It just means that she can’t follow our orders to her,” Sister Chloe replied immediately. Emery, on the other hand, tried to build herself up.

"Ah..." Emery said when she felt the pain of the wound on her back. Sister Chloe immediately supported her. “Emery, don't force yourself to stand now. I am still treating your wound,” Sister Chloe told her. But Emery did not listen to the nun. She sat on her bed and looked at Sister Anasha.

“I’m really sorry for what I have done earlier. I am well aware that I have disobeyed one of the rules of Heaven’s Temple. I will not do that again next time. But I still don't want to move. I want to stay and study in Hellviore High. I want to graduate there. Even though I don’t have any friends there anymore. I can manage on my own. Especially since I can't really make friends with other students there. There is also someone watching my every move in the academy so you know everything I do. If you still punish me now, I will accept it,” Emery said at length.

“You don't have to be punished again now. I will receive your punishment so you just need to rest your body,” Sister Chloe replied immediately. Emery wept again because of what the nun had said and then shook her head. “I don't want anyone to be affected because of me. I am the one who sinned so I should receive the punishment myself and not you,” she replied again.

“Your drama is over. I won't punish you now so just make sure you don't repeat your sin again. That’s not the only punishment you’ll get once you break the rules in Heaven’s Temple again. Do you understand me, Emery?” Sister Anasha preached to her. Somehow Emery breathed a sigh of relief when she heard Sister Anasha's decision.

Emery bowed slightly in front of the nun. “Thank you very much, Sister Anasha. I promise that I won’t do it again,” she replied quickly. Sister Anasha looked at Sister Chloe. “Finish the treatment of Emery's wound so that she can rest properly. She still has to go to school tomorrow,” she ordered.

Sister Anasha came out of Emery's room and then Emery lay down on her bed again. “I will treat your wound quickly. Force yourself to sleep so that you don't feel too much pain in your wound,” said by Sister Chloe.

“I can only handle the pain of my wound. I'm fine, Sister Chloe,” Emery replied.

Sister Chloe sighed and did nothing else but heal Emery's wound. Emery was silent and just healing her wound. She tries not to get hurt and cries at the pain of her wound.

“You just have to cope with all the pain you will experience in your life. You can't give up. You need to be brave and force yourself to live long in the world you live in,” Sister Chloe said. She stood up when she had finished treating Emery. Emery just closed her eyes and pretended to be asleep.

“You can do it, Emery. Don't let yourself be defeated in the battle you will face.”

Emery could barely straighten her body as she walked into Hellviore High. Ger fellow students at the academy looked at her again but she ignored them. She just held the strap of her bag. She also makes sure that ger bag does not stick to her back.

Emery barely slept last night either. She thought of the words Sister Chloe had left her. She did not know what kind of battle the nun was determined to face in the future. Questions filled her mind even though she knew they could not be answered.

When she arrived in their classroom, her classmate immediately looked down on her. Emery saw Kate looking at her too but she didn't pay any more attention to her for longer. She sat down in her seat. She was wearing almost two clothes and a third uniform. She was afraid that someone might get away with her back wound. That's why she keeps it in order.

“Why do you look weak now? Are you sick? It looks like you didn't sleep last night,” said by a female classmate of Emery.

Emery pulled out a book and just started reading it. She thought that she will just want to ignore her classmates now. She also doesn't have enough strength to fight them.

They will also stop bullying me when I don't pay attention to them. I want to study long here at Hellviore High and graduate high school. That is why I will do everything to make my stay here peaceful.

"Are you really going to ignore me?" said by the woman again and took Emery's book.

Emery took a deep breath and forced herself to calm down. As much as she could, she would not hit her classmates. She then wondered how long she would be like this. Fortunately, their first teacher arrived.

“What’s happening there?” the teacher asked them. The woman turned to their teacher and returned her book to Emery. "I was just borrowing Emery's book, Ma'am," the woman replied. She left in front of Emery and returned to her seat.

Their class had already started and when it was over, Emery quickly approached their teacher. They exited their classroom. "Do you need anything else, Emery?" the teacher asked her. Emery is still wondering whether their teacher would allow her request or not. But she still wants to try.

“I was just wondering if I can be transferred to another section? Even if I go to the last section, it's okay with me,” said by Emery.

"Do you want to move to another section because of your classmates?" the teacher asked her. Emery nodded and dared the teacher to agree with her.

"Okay, I will transfer you tomorrow to the other section if that is what will be safer to you."
