LAST SECTION

“Are you sure that you really want to be transferred in the last section? Mostly of the kids there were not properly behave and some were bad guys. You might be even more ruined if I moved you there. Unlike in the first section, your classmates are somehow well-mannered and won’t be able to hurt you physically. I am just advising you this as your homeroom teacher, okay? But still, the choice is yours. Don’t rush things and just think carefully,” the teacher said to Emery.

Instead of thinking about what will be her decision, Emery just smiled to the teacher. “I will be okay there, Ma’am. I think it’s more peaceful and better in the last section rather than being in a first section. I can’t handle what my classmates were saying to me anymore. I just want to study here in silence and graduate in high school. I won’t waste another day in that classroom. So please, let me transfer to the last section,” Emery begged to her.

The teacher sighed and looked pitifully to the young girl in front of her. She felt sad because she can’t do anything to protect the innocent girl. She knows and she can feel that Emery is a nice kid and not bad like what her classmates were saying.

“Okay, if that’s really what you want. I will do it for you. But you can always come back to the first section if you changed your mind or if something bad happened to you in the last section. Just don’t hesitate to approach me, okay?” the teacher said again. She knows that Emery’s decision is already final, so she won’t force her to not be transferred to the other section.

Emery nodded to her, “Thank you so much for your kindness towards me, Ma’am. I will always be grateful to you,” she said.

“I am just doing this because you’re one of my students. I will have to be a great example for you and to others. Don’t worry, I will surely make anyone pay if they start to bother you again. Just tell me, okay?”

Emery was happy because of the concern her teacher showed for her. Somehow she knew someone would take care of her while she was at Hellviore High. Her teacher took care of Emery's transfer to the last section that day. She took her belongings to their classroom so she classmates surrounded her again. They wonder why Emery is taking her belongings as well as inside her locker.

“Why are you taking all your belongings? Are you moving to another school?” one of her classmates asked in astonishment. Emery ignored that. She just keeps on taking her belongings and putting them inside her bag. Kate also stood up because she was also wondering why Emery was leaving.

"Where are you going? Are you running away from the sins you have committed here?” one of her classmates asked again. Emery knew for herself that she had done nothing wrong to any of her classmates. Emery thought that her decision to move to another section was the right one.

When she finished getting all of her belongings, she turned her back on her classmates. But her classmates did not let her go. She stopped when they blocked the door so she could not get out of their classroom. Emery sighed and insisted on telling herself to calm down and just ignore her classmates. She wanted to move quietly to another section.

“Aren't you really going to answer our questions? Don’t you have a basic manners? When you are asked, shouldn't you answer also?” a male classmate asked.

“Why are you interested in knowing where I will move? What do you care if I move to another school or not? I don’t have any reason on why should I explain everything that will happen to my life,” Emery boldy said to her classmates.

Some of her classmates smirked because of what she had said. “So you're really moving to another school? I knew it. You're guilty of what you have done to Steph so you can't stay here anymore. Especially since your conscience may be bothering you because of Steph's death,” said by a friend of Steph's.

“Can you not mention Steph's name like that? She is no longer in this world so you should respect her death. Don't blame an innocent person especially if you have no proof that what you are accusing Emery of is true. Do you understand me? I don't want to hear the name of your old friend from you again.”

Everyone was surprised that their teacher was there and told them all. They let Emery pass so she could get out of their classroom. “Because almost all of you were bullying Emery, I decided to transfer her to the other section. Make sure that you will not bother her anymore. If I caught someone from this class bullying her, I will punish you,” the teacher threatened them.

Emery's classmates seemed surprised because she would just be transferred to another section. What they thought was that she would transfer herself to another school. They could not answer and Emery quickly left with her teacher. She was taken to the classroom of the last section. She will have another adviser in that last section. Her teacher confronted her again.

“Tell me if you want to move you again to another section or you are okay with this section. If something goes wrong with you, tell me right away so I can take action right away. Don’t be shy to tell me. Do you understand me, Emery? Especially and you are one of the potential students at Hellviore High. When you were young, you showed us your talent and intellect. It was just a shame that some incidents happened and you were somehow involved. But I believed that you are not guilty about what happened to Steph. I can feel that you’re really a good girl.”

Emery smiled to her teacher, “I can handle myself now, Ma’am. Thank you so much for your concern to me. I will tell you when something bad happens to me here. But I don't think I can meet any students here. Especially since I won't talk to them,” she answered.

The teacher nodded to her, “You have to entered the classroom. Your class will also start later because your new adviser is coming. I also have to go now since my class will about to start. Good luck with your new section, Emery. I also want you to graduate here un Hellviore High peacefully.”

“Thank you, Ma’am. I will now go inside now.”

Emery finally entered her new classroom. She immediately caught the attention of her classmates. Almost everyone is wondering why she went in there. Emery is also known at Hellviore High because of the issue that happened in the mathematics competition as well as the nun who was always with Emery. Her name spread even more throughout the academy when her classmate Steph died and she was even rumored to be Steph's enemy.

Emery found a chair at the far end of the classroom and also next to the window. Emery was just quiet. She also remembered that she was not allowed to talk to anyone other than her teachers. Emery did not want to be punished again so she just followed the rules that the nuns told her.

“I think you went to the wrong classroom. This is not the room of the first section,” a woman said to her. She has no intention of answering it. Their teacher also arrived so everyone was quiet and sat in their respective seats.

“Oh, your new classmate is already here. She transferred here from the first section. There’s no need for her to introduce herself to us. All of us already knew her already, am I right?” said by her new adviser. Some of her classmates even laughed at what their adviser had said. There Emery thought that her adviser did not look kind, unlike her teacher in the first section.

“Okay, quite. We will start our lesson now.”

She noticed that ger new teacher was strict. She listened carefully to what her teacher was teaching but she noticed that her classmates had her world and did not listen. On the other hand, their teacher doesn't care even if his students are like that. Then Emery realized something.

I think I won’t graduate here in Hellviore High peacefully.
