The guests were already gone when Yue was taken to a reserved space at the hotel.
There were both cookies and snacks in the small coffee that reflected the space, which was perfect for this sort of interview.
They didn’t need a big room for that, and the closeness it put them made it easier for Yue to read the mood while paying extra attention to the couple's behavior, looking for flaws and cracks in their possible mask.
