Mia's pov I gazed at their faces, all I could see was contempt and ill hearted people. Maybe I shouldn't have considered this whole celebration. But I had agreed with my husband earlier. I can't turn against him now and opt out of the outing. I had to pull up with it even though my heart was all good to go with the people he merged with. Julian walked up to me. I never knew I have been silent for a long time now. “What is the problem? Why aren't you replying?” Hearing that from him, I was drawn from my point of thoughts. I didn't know that I had been absent minded for a minute now. “I am sorry about that.” I feigned a smile. “Let us start going.” I spoke those words aloud so that he would believe I was sorry at that instant. All of us walked out of the house, leaving Melissa behind.
