I wanted to say what was on my mind. But I had to give my tongue a sharp pause considering that I didn't want them to know anything about what I was doing.
I oozed some breath out of my nostrils while some ideas on how I would speak ran through my head. “I mean, you shouldn't be overconfident. Confidence is good but with this…” They didn't allow me to finish what I was saying before she cut me short. I swallowed the saliva in my mouth at once.
“Don’t say anything further. My sister and I are pretty sure that we are going to get what belongs to us. We have been getting it and it has been a yearly routine. There is nobody capable of getting above what we have laid.”
