Todays the day. The day i tell Kailynn I want her to be my girlfriend. I know shes already my mate, I dont have to wait till my 18th birthday I can just tell already that shes my mate. I jave loved her since 2nd grade and nothing can change that.. My birthday is in 2 days, Everyone is getting prepared because im finally gonna be the alpha. Im gonna replace my dad as alpha and kai's gonna be my Luna... Hopefully

I walk towards kai's house with her, as we reach the door I stop

"Kai... there is something I want to tell you..."

"Well?" she says waiting patiently

"I want..... i want u to be my girlfriend" I blurt put before I can stop myself. Her smile falters as she looks confused.

"you. Want me. To be your girlfriend 2 days before you find out who your mate is?"

i smile brightly

"your my mate I can just feel it"

she smiles sadly and tries not to meet my eyes

finally she says "lets just wait until your birthday if im your mate then I will gladly be your girlfriend"

12 am

I smell fire. I run through the woods looking for the fire as alpha I have to protect my people. As I get closer I can see thd smoke I run fast, now I can hear a girl screaming. A burning house comes into view, but its across the pack line. i cant just leave the girl to die, I rush over and yell

"Lady where are you im coming"

"Help, Im Stuck" she screams back

I run in and find her trapped under the broken table. I see the panic in her eyes so i hurry and reach out to grab her hand and it happends. The sparks rip through my body and I realize what just happend. Shes my Mate....
