Elizabeth's POV
I am so lucky that Ms. Bryd is cool with me because if not then the headshot that I got early I would have been out. There were three boys left in the game.
Jessica would deny it but she didn't want to get hit by a ball so she was hiding behind me. There was now three boys. Theodore and other guys that looked easy to get out. Theodore through a ball at Mackenzie and it knocked the wind out of her for a second.
"Jesus my lord and saver I am sorry for all those times that I snuck at to parties and used my dad's credit card and got a tattoo without my parent's permission but please don't let Theodore hit me," Jessica whispered to herself.
I laugh at her but she gives me a confused look. She probably thinks that I couldn't hear her.
"I heard what you said," I began laughing "That was a pretty interesting prayer."
"I know don't tell anyone what I said no one kno- WATCH OUT!!!"
I turn around and see a ball coming towards me.
"JESSICA MOVE TO THE LEFT!!!" I yell at her.
I move to the right to see the ball almost got me. It flew through my hair.
"Holy crap" I whispered to myself.
I look to see if Jessica was ok. But instead, she was laying in the ground laughing.
"Hey uh, Jess are you good?"
"I didn't get hit, "She said laughing even louder "I didn't get hit... I DIDN'T GET HIT!!!"
I think she needs serious help right now. I walked over to Jessica and extended my hand to help Jessica up. Once she was up I said,
"Jessica you need mental help. And whoever threw that ball is going to need physical help after I am done with them."
"I would pay to see that." She replied
"Why do you say that?"
"Because the person that threw that ball was the same person that I didn't want to hit me."
"Crap we need to come up with a plan to get them out."
I looked her dead in the eyes. I got a plan.
"What don't look at me I'm not the one with brains."
"No, but we could do a dance routine we practiced with Vivian and Veronica."
"Why? If you didn't notice we are in a life or death situation here."
"Well if you didn't notice it would distract the boys and if we do it correctly then it would lead us to the balls and when we get to the balls we rapid fire at the boys."
"Elizabeth, there are only 5 balls over there how are we supposed to rapid fire with 5 balls?"
"Shhh don't kill my geeky speech," I say putting my finger over her mouth.
She pushed my finger off her mouth before she spoke. "Okay let's do this." She said nodding.
