“Dom, what are we doing here, the place suppose to close in a few minutes? And why did Chad give you the keys?” I’m a bit confessed ass why Dom thought taking me to an carnival for 5 mins would be an adventure. “The surprise is coming up soon, you’ll just have to wait a few more minutes” smirking at me as he tilt his head a little to the side.“And what do you suppose we do in the short time we have?” Place me hands on hips.“Well my serious friend, I gonna buy you your favorite fair food so you can sober up and then wait for everyone to leave safety. And then the surprise will begin”. He held his arm out so I wrapped mine around his.I hope he didn’t just bring me here to eat. He could have just taken me to a drive-thru for that.

You can have whatever your drunken heart desires.” Walking into the fair to see all the happy family and friends enjoying the feast.I don’t know what it is about Dom but he has this way over me when I see him smile. Dom had this all cute cocky attitude going on and I normally don’t like men like that. But there’s something different about him. It wasn’t in a cocky way where he wanted to sleep with me. As we headed back to the gate to eat our funnel cakes. And Dom just stared at me the whole time. Like is it that surprising a girl can finish a whole funnel cake to herself.

“Thank you Dom, it was good”. I got up to throw away our plates.“Just good? I thought it was your favorite? Licking the powder off his lips. “Okay, it was amazing. As the trash can was just outside the booth at the gate.“I know it was.” Dom smirked at me as watch me sit back down. “Okay, well it's been a few minutes now. And the parking lot was empty besides my car. So I’m gonna close the gate now.” Clapping his hands loud as h***. “Ohh god, don’t do that, you scared the s*** out of me Don.” I got up to hit his shoulder but, all he did was laugh at me.I watch as Dom closed the gate and lock it up. But we were still inside. I didn’t really understand what he thought was gonna happen here? Dom knows I’m married and I just found out about my husband's affair. I'm not looking for a comeback or anything. We wouldn't say not to it. As we were eating our funnel cakes we spoke about all past relationships, the good, the bad, the wanted and the hopes.“Dom, what are you doing?” Frowning my eyebrows at him.

“My surprise Eve, remember?” Making sure the gates is locked up good. “ What's the surprise, you're scaring me?” Putting my hands up to my face.“Haha no Eve, the surprise is, I got Chad to let me locked up for him so we can enjoy the park to ourselves.” Dom turn away waiting for my reaction. “What? But, but how?” Stuttering my words. “Haha come on, let's walk and I’ll tell you.” Grabbing my hands so I get on my two feet. “Okay so tell me?” Rising my brows at him.I don’t see how he was able to get the whole park to ourselves. Was Dom rich?

“I grew up with Chad and we work here since we were kids. Of course, I didn’t stay. But Chad did, he a very close friend. And I knew the carnival was in town and I figured it would be cool to show you the carnival empty. Back then, the employees used to enjoy the rides and games. But today it's just us.” We went around the park as he continues to tell me about his time working here. Making good friends and the advantages he got too. “Wow Dom, that was nice of you, for doing this.” I said. “Ohh it was nothing.” Shrugging his shoulders at me. “No Dom, for real, just the thought of it was nice, thank you” Dom, look at me with a blank face as I let a lips curl up a bit as his kind act

“Your welcome Eve. Well, come on let's go crazy.” Dom gave me this crazy look. It was like his child side coming out to play. It was cute. I just shook my head and smiled when I saw his eyes light up under all the rainbow colors coming from the games. We went on to enjoy all the rides and games. Dom's kid side brought out mine too. I didn’t even know if I would enjoy some of the rides, but with Dom i loved them all.This place had everything here. They had tilt a whirl, carousel, zipper, scrambler, orbiter, cliff hanger, star ship, k******e and more…. And we rode all of them. We played all the games and I had to kick Dom a** in them haha. It was great we talk about so much stuff as we lived our childhood dream of having an carnival all to ourselves. It was crazy how someone I just met can bring my kid side out of me. I was always a goofy person but I hid it away after I embarrassed Mark in front of his coworkers. He was mad when we got home and I just promised him I wouldn’t do it again.

Just don’t think about it. Don't let Mark ruin this nice thing, Dom done for us.

I’m trying not to.

At almost every ride I would look over to see Dom looking at me. And my cheeks got all red. I just try to hide my face and stare at his hands.When I would have this bubbled feeling in my belly, I look at his hands and I fight the feeling to hold them. I just wanted to feel his touch. And at one ride, I guess he noticed me staring. And he just grabbed my hand with his. I felt sparks run down my body and I felt like I was floating from his touch. It was odd. I think I have feelings for Dom. But I’m married and I don’t know. I felt happy with Dom. And I think I went back to the bar today knowing that he might show up. You wanted to see him again. He mr. Sexy. But we’re just us. He probably has a lot of girls.Well, if this was something, where anyone can do. I highly highly recommend you do so. There are no regrets to do this.After riding the rides over and over again, we got off the bumper car after Dom almost broke one of the cars.“Okay no more Dom, you are too big for riding now hah.” Holding my stomach from the pain of laughing too much. “Ahh nah, I think some fat guy just broke it before I got on haha.” Trying to hold in his laugh.

“ Okay sure , that's what happened haha.” We went ahead to found a bench to sit on. After the time we had. We need a break from all the spinning. Our bodies aren’t too young any more. They can only handle so much. “Aahh thank you Dom. That was truly one of my best nights ever. If there was one way to get sober quickly. It be this haha thank you.” I try to catch my breath before trying to punch his shoulder.“Haha your welcome Eve, I’m glad you had a great time.” Rubbing his shoulder as if I hit him hard. But I didn’t. I was too tired to really hit him with all my strength. “Eve? What upset you so much that you had to drink tonight?” Dom asked. My face changed and Dom placed his hand on mine. Telling me that it was okay to talk. So, I told him the truth.

“To be honest. I found out my husband is having an affair. And I went over to her place to confront her, but after we ran into each other the other day. She thought I came back for a girl talk. I betrayed a new friendship before we can real friends. I didn’t get to explain why or get answers because she was so upset at me. But I don’t blame her.” I look at Dom, thinking he probably thinks low of me now. "I didn't go there trying to make friends with he. But I also didn't go there wanting to hurt her either." I added.“Wow, I’m sorry Eve. You really deserve better. He's a a**hole for ever cheating on you.”Giving me a light smile.“Thanks.”Feeling a bit ashamed at myself. "You are too amazing and beautiful to ever look at another woman." Dom says, but I feel like he's just saying things to make me feel better about Mark. "Sure. If that were true. I wouldn't be in this spot, now would I." Dom squeezed my hand. "I mean it Eve." I smiled at him, hoping he did mean it.“Eve, I want to give you this. Incase you need to talk to me. About anything. I’ll answer at anytime”. He gave me a card with his name and number on it.“What is this?” I turned the card to see it say, Police Dept.

“Your a cop Dom?” I was shocked. I mean he didn’t seem like a cop at all.“ Yeah, I run the homicide cases and on my slow days I help train the newbies. Or just ride out and take calls.” Smirking at me.I can see he is very proud of what he does.“Ohh okay that's cool,So tell me. Do you take all the girls to an after hours, all the time?” I doubt he did this just for me.

Trying to change the subject i see. You should ask him how he looks in that uniform or his cuff hurts when he has s** or if..
