Chapter 49: Talfryn
Lochlann visibly enjoyed the mountain cat room, the extravagance and space of it. After wounds had been treated and the dragons rounded up and arrested, rooms had been assigned on the unaffected levels of the palace. They had been returned to the now-familiar mountain cat room to rest and recuperate while people with more authority and fewer injuries oversaw recovery from the attack.
Akton had taken a bit of beating as usual, but Talfryn patched him up and both he and Lochlann treated him gently for the next few days, made him lay down a lot. They administered to him, including insisting he let them get him off in the comfort of the large bed. Akton enjoyed their hands and mouths so often that Lochlann occasionally insisted they were spoiling him.
