Marin walked out of the cabin with the prince trailing behind. She looked around to see Johnathan looking at the prince and her in question. She shook her head and called everyone around. "Alright, guys... Listen up!" She spoke looking at the group while the prince found a few familiar faces.
She pointed at the prince and spoke "Introduce yourself."
The prince smiled sarcastically waving his hand which was bound together with ropes and spoke, "Hello people s***h pirates, I am Xavier Atkins prince of Amaris."
Marin had to agree that though he looked worn out, tied up, and was wearing the same clothes from the day before he still looked regal. His voice had certain authority as if he was born to rule. And definitely a lot of pride.
Unsurprisingly, Jonathan was the first to greet him with a slap on his back. "Hello, lad Jonathan here." Xavier glared at him, his back stung from the force.
"Alright, alright, our first meeting wasn't that good. Don't hold that against me." Johnathan spoke slapping Xavier's back again.
"I won't as long as you stop hitting me." Xavier spatted out while Johnathan laughed out loud.
"Alright, It's my turn now," Dominic spoke stepping forward.
"Your highness, I am Dominic." He spoke bowing down while Xavier nodded his head. At least someone respected him as a prince.
"I am Renne and this is my son Hopper." Renne introduced. While Xavier gave the kid a smile who returned with a toothy smile of his own.
"This is Elijah and I am George the cook," George announced patting his chest proudly while Elijah nodded his head at the prince expressionlessly. The prince noted that there were a lot of people with different temperaments in the crew but they surprisingly fit in. "And that's our captain Marin," Dominic spoke pointing her. She looked at the prince to see him eying her top to bottom. "What?" She snapped.
"Nothing." He shrugged and the tour continued.

The crew was fun. Everyone welcomed him warmly except for the fact that he was still in binds. He smiled at almost everyone. Almost. He looked at the old guy- Jonathan who hit him with hostility. There was no way he was gonna talk normally forgetting that. The lady doctor Renne checked his injuries again and let him move around the ship. The only person he still didn't like was the captain.
Marin. He was never a guy who was rude to ladies. He was most likely the 'gentlemen' type. Even though he never had any real contact with anyone except his mother. But that just seems to vanish in thin air when he was with her. He really couldn't understand why she is so rude to him. Every time he looks at her she bares her fangs at him. I mean come on wasn't he supposed to be the angry one.
He was the one kidn*pped. Then found himself tied up. On a ship that was in the ocean. With apparently no escape.
He huffed around annoyed. He thought that an hour would be enough for him to come up with a plan. But seeing the ship moving deeper into the sea the only plan he can come up with is a suicide plan.
This was the first time his brain gave up on him. Setting his thoughts aside, he felt his stomach churn as the waves hit the ship. Oh god. His stomach has started acting up. Seasickness.
He really felt sick.
He moved towards Marin quickly holding her arm with both hands and spoke "Untie my hands!"
He saw her frowning. "No.. We agreed-"
"I don't f*****g care about the conditions. Just untie my hands right now," He yelled his face turning unhealthily pale. Marin went blank seeing the lofty prince curse on her face. Hearing this, Renne came to his rescue "Marin looks like he has seasickness... We need to untie him... He is gonna vomit." Renne spoke as she pulled her bag full of meds.
Marin nodded her head and swiftly started untying his hands. Before he could go Marin held his collar and came dangerously close to his ear as she warned "Don't you dare try to escape."
He frantically nodded his head and left to the cabin. He entered the bathroom to find a bucket. Holding it up he started hurling yesterday's contents into it.
~.~
Outside the atmosphere was lively again but Marin still looked sappy. How dare he yell at her? She thought. It wasn't her fault that she didn't know he had seasickness.
"Umm, Captain there seems to be a situation here," Dominic spoke looking through his small binoculars. He looked ahead to see a boat of some fisherman toppling over. Something seems to have collided with them. A living thing. He realized with horror seeing the same vague figure moving towards their ship. He came down running to her.
"Something seems to be swimming towards us. Some sea creatures perhaps... I don't know, I have never seen anything like that before." Dominic spoke in horror huffing.
"What?" Marin couldn't comprehend the situation.
What sea creature? She looked at Jonathan and spoke, "Uncle John change the ship's course a little." Jonathan nodded and left towards the wheel.
"William, tony change the gears. Move the ship away from its path." Marin shouted. She clenched her fist. She needs to get herself together goddammit.
"I will look around to see if I can spot anything," Renne spoke as she walked towards the forecastle deck.
"I can't see it anymore," Renne spoke looking around. Marin too came towards her while Dominic went up to keep an eye.
Before they could react a sudden impact shook the ship. Marin clutched wood for support as her legs wobbled. For a minute everything went silent before the impact happened again. Marin looked at hopper who looked really scared "Renne, hopper!" She yelled. Renne looked at Marin before running towards Hopper and held him in her arms as she ran towards their cabin. Jonathan came towards Marin along with Dominic.
"I am going to the base to see if there is any damage due to the impact " Jonathan spoke going down while Dominic looked at Marin "I can't spot it from above." He spoke helplessly.
"Just lookout for another impact or shadow," Marin spoke while Dominic nodded his head.
~.~
After hurling everything damn thing in his stomach he fell on to the bed heaving. He looked above dazedly. The world seemed round to him.
That was when he felt it. The impact. He clutched his stomach turning to a side groaning. Just what the hell is happening here?
He felt the impact again stronger than before. Something's wrong.
But he had to go out to see what's happening and he didn't have an ounce of energy left in him to get up. His stomach churned again as he threw up. He wiped his mouth with the back of his hand before passing out cold.

Marin clenched her fist anxiously while Jonathan spoke "There seems to be a c***k in the hull due to the head-on collision. The water is entering inside through the gap. Although it is not that big but still we need to do something."
"They seem to have gone," Dominic spoke from above as he looked around the ship.
"Alright, turn the ship around," Marin yelled. They have to go back. Although the sea creatures or whatever they are, have stopped creating a ruckus. They still have to fix the ship.
It isn't safe to travel like this anymore. First, they have to repair the ship, and then they have to find an even safer route.
Marin rubbed her forehead. And then there was that issue with the prince. His seasickness is going to be another problem. They have to make frequent stops.
"But we need money to repair the ship. Where will we get it?" Jonathan asked worriedly. Marin nodded. Currently, she had 2 bills on her which was nowhere near enough. She needs to find a way to earn money. But how?
As the ship turned around she contemplated what to do. She had to find a way for their money or else everything she did will be for naught. If the ship repairs take time, how much will it take? She also needs to keep an eye on the king's moments. She had to find information on those sea creatures. Was this the reason why there were few fishermen going into the sea?
But what happened? Why are they troubling the land people? She knew where to find her answers. But the answers can wait there are more pressing matters at hand.
She went into the prince's room to see him sleeping. How could he still be able to sleep in such a situation? She wondered with a sigh. His face was pale and he must be hungry after all that throwing up. She shook her head and tied his hands. She moved to the kitchen to find George.
"After that guy wakes up give him some food," she spoke and left from there while George chuckled at her.

The ship slowly arrived at the shore. People surrounded the ship while Marin walked out.
"Did you see one more ship in the sea?" A middle-aged woman asked shaking Marin by holding her arms.
Marin yanked her hands back while tears rolled down the cheek of the lady.
"Listen lady I don't know what you are talking about," Marin spoke as she held her arms which stung from the grip.
"It was a fisherman's boat. Did you see it?" Someone spoke from the back while Marin finally remembered the ship which got toppled around.
Marin just stared at the lady blankly as she didn't know what to say. Before anyone else could ask questions, someone screamed.
"There! The search party is back!" He spoke while the lady ran towards the small boat.
"M- My husband?" The lady asked stuttering while the man in the boat nodded his head in a no.
"There was no one left, the ship was destroyed." He spoke grimly while the lady cried hard falling to her knees when two other ladies supported her.
"No no no He must be alive. Let me go." The lady spoke standing up while the ladies held her back.
"No Morga." One of the ladies spoke, her eyes were filled with tears. Looking at the scene in front of her Marin remembered Callum. And way she cried that day.
Her eyes got teary slightly but she refused to cry here. A hand on her shoulder caught her attention.
"Let's go kiddo," Johnathan spoke while Marin nodded her head.
She walked past the crowd and stood in a quiet spot with Johnathan and Elijah. The rest of them were staying on the ship.
"Uncle John and big brother Elijah. I need you guys to find someone who can inspect the damages on the ship and give us an estimation of how much the repairs will cost and the time it requires. In the meantime, I will go find some work." Marin spoke while Johnathan looked at her in worry.
Where will she go and how can she find the work alone? He thought.
"Uncle John, Don't worry. I can do this." Marin spoke reassuringly while Johnathan sighed.
"As you say." He spoke sighing and beckoned Elijah to follow him as they went towards the town.
"Now all I need is to find work." She muttered looking around when she saw someone familiar.
She found the information guy Ian talking to the fisherman. She walked towards him and tapped on his shoulder who turned around.
With one swift move, Marin punched Ian in his gut while the latter crouched whimpering in pain.
"What was that for?" He spat out while Marin looked at his pain in satisfaction.
"For selling me half baked knowledge." She countered back while Ian finally stood up.
"That was all I could give for 5 bills. You can't blame me." He spoke rubbing his stomach.
"How about I give you a few of my punches while you provide me with information. And it better be accurate this time or else I'll map out your face." She spoke showing her fist while Ian looked at her in horror.
"Now follow me," Marin spoke as she walked towards the town with Ian in tow.
