To be a Wolf

Perry proceeded to show Abigail around the estate, Jackson following along a few steps behind, watching them interact and smiling. Perry was large and stocky, and although his uniform and hair were neat, there was something scruffy and endearing about him. Although he was tall, with exceedingly broad shoulders, the odd times when him and Jackson stood together made him look quite short in comparison. He peppered funny comments in, here and there, while showing Abigail different rooms. He didn’t show her all of the bedrooms - he showed her the passageways on the second floor and explained that these were the barracks where the pack soldiers slept. She showed her the common room, where the soldiers would get together and relax - there was a pool table, several game stations, comfy couches and vending machines. The kitchen was large and reminded her of a restaurant kitchen, filled with busy cooks making enough food to fill the soldiers. There was a canteen, which reminded her of the school canteen, which was currently empty as lunch time had passed. There was an infirmary, and she was surprised to see Serena there, assisting a soldier who had broken his arm during training, which she was helping to reset before it healed in a n awkward position. ‘Abigail!’ She said enthusiastically. The two women greeted eachother with a hug. ‘I see Perry is giving you the special tour?’ Serena winked. ‘Yeah,’ said Abigail. ‘It’s really interesting, I had no idea that such a place existed! What are you doing here, I thought you worked at the hospital?’ She asked. ‘Four days a week I do, but on heavy training days I come here to make sure our soldiers remain in top form.’ Serena replied. They said their goodbyes as Perry led Abigail and Jackson onto the grounds, showing off his soldiers in the midst of their training. Jackson leaned in, charmed by Abigail’s keen interest in watching the training. ‘What do you think?’ He asked. ‘I think I want to learn to do that!’ She said, as one of the soldiers dodged an attack and then swept his foot along him opponent’s legs, knocking him to the ground and pouncing on him. Perry’s ears perked up. ‘What do you think, Alpha? Can I give her a little lesson in self defence?’ Jackson was dubious. Although Abigail was his mate, she was still unmarked and unmated, and would still have a certain appeal to male wolves. He knew Perry wouldn’t try anything, he trusted him to behave, but the thought of Perry being so close to her and probably thinking impure thoughts about her filled him with jealousy. He knew Perry was a scoundrel, with a deviant s****l history with the human girls from the town. ‘I don’t know Perry…’ he started. ‘Please Jack!’ Begged Abigail. ‘Wouldn’t it put your mind at ease if I could defend myself?’ She asked, looking at him pleasingly with her big, beautiful drown eyes. Jackson couldn’t refuse her. ‘Alright,’ he said. ‘But if you harm her I will kill you.’ He said to Perry. His tone was joking, but Perry could see the real threat behind it. ‘Alright!’ Said Perry, looking Abigail up and down. She was wearing leggings and a tank top, which would allow her enough movement, but the sanders she wore were likely to cause her to slip on the grass. He let out a whistle, and shouted ‘Maddox!’, and one of his soldiers came running up to him, stopping with wide eyed surprise when he got close enough to Abigail to notice her scent. ‘We need some padding and boots.’ He commanded. ‘There should be some in women’s sizes in the back of the storeroom. What size shoe are you?’ He asked. ‘I’m a 5.’ She said, and he chuckled. ‘Baby feet, it’s gonna tickle when you kick me.’ He laughed, causing Abigail to roll her eyes. The soldier ran in, and after a few minutes came out with padding for Abigail. ‘I’m sorry, Miss. they have t been used in decades so they are a bit dusty. I got off all the cobwebs though.’ ‘You’re dismissed, Maddox.’ Said Perry firmly, and the young soldier went back to his sparring partner. Jackson helped her to fasten to padding and put on the boots. It fit her like a glove and he was amazed that she could even make a padded vest and combat boots look sexy. Perry started with a warm up with Abigail, and then slowly demonstrated some standard defensive moves with her, which he got her to copy and then slowly speed up. Abigail was a fast learner, and she dodged and blocked his attacks with ease, at one point dropping to her haunches and sweeping him with her foot - a move that she had seen the sparring soldiers do, but he had not shown her. ‘Fuckin’ hell, she’s a natural.’ He said to Jackson, catching his breath. Jackson laughed. ‘Thanks for going easy on her, bud, I think she needed a win.’ He said softly, so that Abigail wouldn’t hear him. ‘I stopped going easy on her after the blocked the third punch dude.’ Perry replied. ‘If this is her in beginner mode, I’d hate to see the damage her wolf can do.’ Abigail heard the last comment, and joined the conversation. ‘What’s this about a wolf? I keep hearing about wolves but I’m yet to see one.’ Perry looked at Jackson, confused. ‘She grew up human, Per.’ Jackson said. ‘This is all new to her.’ ‘Then should we not show her what a wolf is?’ Perry asked cheekily. Jackson nodded, and helped Abigail out of the padding. ‘Can I keep the boots, please?’ She asked shyly. ‘I feel strong in them, and I didn’t realise how much wearing pretty shoes impeded my movement.’ ‘My love, you can keep anything you want!’ Jackson replied, and Abigail smiled thankfully. ‘So,’ said Jackson. ‘I’ll show you one more thing before I take you home, okay?’ Abigail nodded, and Jackson took her by the hand, leading her to the edge of the property where there was a more secluded spot in the woods. Perry also joined them. She looked at the time, realising her mother would be home soon, and she’d just spend a lovely day with Jackson and he hadn’t tried anything with her. She had been worried for no reason. Just as she thought that, she noticed the two men taking off their shoes and shirts and undoing their belt buckles ‘Oh my god what are you doing?’ She asked, suddenly afraid that she was alone with these two, large men who were removing all of their clothing right in front of her. Jackson smiled and handed her his neatly folded clothes, and he stood in front of her in all his glory. She had t been able to see him this clearly in the dark, and he truly was a sight to behold. His toned and tanned physique lit up in the sunlight, and even when flaccid, his impressive member was a sight to behold. Perry, too, was standing in his birthday suit, but unlike Jackson had thrown his clothes in a pile next to a tree. He stood with his hands on his hips like a Greek Adonis, and Abigail had to stifle a giggle. ‘Don’t be afraid baby,’ said Jackson. ‘I will never let anyone, or anything hurt you.’ With that, him and Perry knelt down on their haunches, and to Abigail’s great surprise they both began to grow fangs and claws, and their blues morphed and moved, growing larger and longer, until they each have a shake, like a dog after a bath, and standing in front of her were two massive wolves. Perry’s wolf was large and brown. He looked strong but scruffy, and there was something endearing about him, like a big, hairy, friendly mutt. Jackson’s wolf was beautiful and majestic, it was larger than Perry’s, and had thick, her black fur and piercing blue eyes. Abigail felt a moment’s fear, until she locked eyes with the massive wolf in front of her, and heard Jackson’s voice inside her head. ‘Don’t fear my princess, I told you I will never hurt you.’ She felt comforted, and reached her hand out to the black wolf, who nuzzled his face into her hand and licked her fingers. She giggled and stroked his head. ‘You are so beautiful.’ She said, placing a kiss on the wolf’s head. He morphed himself back into Jackson and returned the kiss, before grabbing his clothes and getting himself dressed. Perry, however, was not quite ready to revert to his human form and ran around the training grounds, snapping at and soldiers taking advantage of him not being around and resting. Jackson laughed at his friend, knowing Perry took his role as Beta very seriously. ‘Okay, now I want to learn to do that!’ Said Abigail. Jackson grinned at her. ‘Soon, my love, but right now it’s time to get you home, I’m sure your mom is missing you!’ He said. ‘Would you like to come back tomorrow?’ He asked. Abigail nodded furiously, barely able to contain her excitement. ‘Alright then,’ said Jackson. It’s a date.’
