POV: Reece
I have some free time before I go to the furniture factory, so I go to the Spencer Center. I have a picture of Amber that Polly gave me. When I go to the factory, I want to provide Polly and Winsome with some answers.
I look around inside the empty lobby, trying to figure out where to go. It doesn't take long for a female security guard to appear. She rushes toward me, asking, "May I help you, ma'am?"
I smile and lie. "Hello, I'm with the Anders Furniture Factory, and I'm here to check up on one of our employees. She took the GED practice test."
She talks into her walkie-talkie, "Copy. I got it."
I extend a picture of Amber to the security guard. "She took the test Saturday. I want to check on her test scores."
