For the past following days, I have been watching YouTube videos and practicing how to do the makeup well so I won't be caught. I am getting ready to go now before the sunsets. I want to go when the sun is still out because Vampires won't be out. Only originals can come out during the day. I am doing the makeup in case I won't be able to leave before the sunsets.
Once I am done with my makeup, I mask my scent, and I am about to sneak out through my window because I don't want the boys to see me looking like a vampire and ask questions, but someone bursts into my room.
"Vampire," Lucas growls, pulling me behind him.
"Vampire," I say, confused.
"I smell a vampire," Lucas says, looking around the room.
