"Well, when your grandfather was brought in, we didn't really have much to go on because according to your daughter, he was perfectly fine until he asked for some water and that's when he fainted, so we decided to run some chests to rule out anything major like a stroke or maybe a heart attack...but unfortunately, our tests found something more serious than that and from the looks of it...it may be incurable, we won't know until we've done some more tests"
