Days passed and finally, Aurora was able to remove her neck brace. The good doctor had been examining the nerves and bones in her neck.
"Aurora, you're ready. You can move your neck now, but please do so with caution," said Doctor Diego.
"Thank you very much! You've been very kind to me," she said as she took his hand in gratitude.
"I'd like to invite you for coffee. What do you think? We can go to the hospital cafeteria," he asked.
"How can I say no to my favorite doctor?" she responded with a smile. After a few minutes, Aurora accompanied doctor Diego to the cafeteria. They ordered coffee and took their seats.
"I hope I don't have to visit the hospital," Aurora said.
"You just have to take care of yourself a little more, and you'll see that you won't for a long time," he responded.
