i took a share auto and reached my house around 2 P.M . I was very much stressed and tired because today was really a long day for me , I thought that at least now I can get some rest .

I rang the door bell my mom opened the door , “hey see my daughter is here too “ for a moment I thought whom is she talking to and referring that I am here , she never refers me this sweetly but she was doing it today for sure she must be having her special guests at home but the question is who are her special guests . I gave her a confused look .

“ Child come in and see by yourself ,who we have today ,you will surely love seeing them here “ .

After this much of exaggeration by my mother that she has special guests , I entered the room further and when I did I was like that why him ? I have nothing to do with this trash and he doesn’t misses a chance to be around me ,what happened in school was that not enough for him that he came to my home too .

“Ria whom are you waiting for are you not happy seeing aunt here and see your friend Atul is here too , give them a smile and greet them “ My mother literally pushed me towards them , I was looking at her that is it necessary to do ,she was ,maintaining a good façade image and making me do so because as much I know even she doesn’t like Atul but she never says that because his and my father are business partners so she makes sure that the relationship is always healthy and when she mentioned that friend word I felt like why she has to stab me with a dagger .

I went near aunt ,she was sitting on a sofa ,bent down ,touched her feet to take her blessings .

“ God bless you child “ Anyone can make out how unhappy I was to have them at my place ,I don’t have any problem with aunt she is sweet to me ,whenever I go to her place she treats me with all my favorite dishes but his son ,I can’t stand him .

“Ria say hi to Atul too “ I literally felt like why my mother has to go to this extent .

I turned to give her a look that if she forces me anymore then I will shout for sure .

“ okay ..okay got you , you are tired ,do one thing just go upstairs and change and come back fast for the lunch we were waiting for you only “ .

I was like that I have to see this dumb face at my lunch table too and eat with him . “ mom I am tired can I have it in my room “

“ no you can’t we have guests , you have to have your lunch with them only ,now go and change we are waiting for you “ this was an order from her I was for sure that if I deny I have to pay for it .

“ It’s okay we are already getting late ,we should be leaving “ this was aunt maybe she got an idea that I was not liking there presence at my place .

“no ,no ..how could I let my son go empty stomach ,just fifteen minutes and Ria will be here .” I felt like did I heard her right ? she called Atul her son ,oh god I was getting sick of it ,but thinking it practically in a way if he is my mom’s son then in that way he is my brother ,I literally felt like oh mom ! stop it or else he will slit his nerves if you will make him my brother .

“ Ria whom are you waiting for go back and come fast “

“ okay mom “ I said and left the drawing room ,as I was going upstairs , I looked back at him, his facial expression were numb ,he was in a sort of shock or something like that , anyways who cares .

I went to my room ,took bath ,changed my self into top and shorts .

When I went downstairs they were already on the dining table ,waiting for me when my mom saw me she said ” So finally she is here ,come fast Ria “ as she said these words Atul turned to have a look of me ,I could see how mesmerized he was to have a look of my thighs ,I felt like why I wore them only , I should have worn something long or fully covered clothes , anyways I am not going back to my room to change . “ Coming mom “ I said and went near the table to take my seat .

“ Ria why don’t you sit beside him , you can eat and talk “ I felt like is she my mom ,means how could she not have an idea that I don’t like this yellow teeth gutter mouth , but as we have guests at home so I can’t speak everything I feel ,then what with all my mannerisms I replied ,” Mom actually I want to sit here only and moreover I am too tired so let me sit here only “ .

“ Okay ,Okay don’t cry now sit here only “ he was staring at me that how good I am at manipulating my mother . My mother then served us what she made . Now I was like I want to know why these two are here so I started talking to aunt .

“ So aunt what brought you here ?” my mom was glaring at me “ Ria what you mean by that ,she is my friend she can come anytime “ I wanted to laugh my ass out there that friends like seriously but anyhow I contolled it .

“Rita it’s okay let her ask what she wants to “ yeah so Rita is name of my mother and I am her daughter Ria ,you know why my name is Ria its because it starts with ‘R’ and my mom wanted a short ,easy to pronounce plus a name that starts with the first syllable of her name .

My mom then said “ okay ,okay you two talk I won’t interrupt .”

“ Ria we are having our twenty – fifth marriage anniversary today so I am here to invite you and your family to the part tonight at our place “ after listening to it I was like that okay so officially my day is ruined slow claps to my shitty fate ,my morning was ruined by this creature ,I am having lunch with him on the same table facing him at my place now I am going to have dinner at his place ,Woah! What a destiny you have and how lucky he is ,I know that there is no option that I am not going because my dad and mom will make sure that I go with them , if it would have been a different family they would have surely listened to me but in his case they won’t because business and money are important too .

“ Ria you are coming right ? and where you went …are you in a mood of not coming “ I then realized that she was looking at me hoping that I will jump in excitement and will wish her happy twenty – fifth marriage anniversary and say to her that aunt for sure I am coming , instead I will love being at your place ,actually there’s no problem going to his place as I told you how much they love and adore me but the thing is I can be there anytime as long as Atul’s presence is not there ,at times I wonder uncle is smart ,aunt is beautiful but his son ,have they adopted him ? Ria no this is wrong you are doing it over .

“Ria don’t you think you should wish her “ I then realized that I again started thinking .

I then stood up and hugged her from back making sure that my fingers covered with curry and rice don’t spoil her saree ,”Aunt I am very happy for you and yes Happy marriage Anniversary “

“Thanks a lot Ria “ Atul was shocked to see me like this .

I then got back to my chair because my life is hell ,god doesn’t miss a chance to make sure that I be around Atul okay then let him do whatsoever he wants to as I trust god’s plan .

“Atul I am seeing you are not eating ,is everything okay or the thing is that you are not liking the food “ My mom asked him .

“ No aunt it’s delicious ,there’s no match of your food ,its better than any chef of a five star hotel “ So finally the gutter mouth speaks ,as I told you its better he does not speak because when he does this is what comes out creepy lines ,means who butters this much , he was comparing my mom with five star chefs ,man no match ,I am not degrading my mom’s food but still .

“ Okay son ,now don’t exaggerate and eat “ I could see how happy my mom was after listening to that creepy things .

Finally the long nuisance façade lunch ended and I could go back to my room .

“Ria where are you going ?”

“ Mom obviously to my room “

“ when will god bless you with some brain ,come with me to see them off “when my mom commented that I could see how cheerful he was and hiding his smile .

I walked past him and said to “ dare you to laugh at me and be ready to die you gutter mouth “

“ bye aunt “ I said sweetly waving my hand .

“Who will wish him ?”my mom why doesn’t she kills me.

“ as you wish my mom ,bye Atul see you at the party “ I said making it sound more like a music and left them there because I can’t pretend anymore like her .
