WILLIAM Leena has more guts than I gave her credit for. She stormed out of my office mid-conversation yesterday and that convinced me she'd quit but here she is, a smile plastered across her face as she walks to the chair in front of my desk. She didn't even bother to knock before letting herself in. “I hope I'm not late,” she says, sitting down.
