Cross pov

I was standing there right in front of Susan, she looked so beautiful, her hair was up dressed in diamond clips, and white flowers around her hair, the ruby necklace around her neck, i knew that necklace, i turned looking at my cousins glaring at them, they knew what i was glaring at them about,

“Sorry cousin, but we only needed to find out if she was truly your mate, that necklace will keep her safe,”

We will talk about this later,” I cut them out looking at my mate, I could tell she was nervous about tonight. i loved the dress she had on, i knew she didn’t like the big flowy dresses. but the one she is wearing tonight, all i could do is say, "Wow!! i knew i needed to pay attention to the elder or i would miss my part, so i started to listen, i started looking around smiling at everyone, i knew a few she wolves were glaring at us, but that’s okay, i don't i never promised them anything, , I never told them i loved them or even talked about marking them, they knew it was nothing but s*x. so if they thought about anything else that is their fault not mine, but i have a feeling, they are going to let it rip during the ceremony, i'll just have to keep an eye on them, if they try anything, i'll just have to put them in the cells for awhile, The elder started talking, so i started paying attention to him.,

‘Ladies and gentlemen, we are gathered here today for the Luna ceremony, and to bind Our Luna and Our Alpha together as one, Luna Susan, will you please take a step toward me please.” she took a step forward. he nodded at her and then started to speak.

‘Susan, welcome to the Sun Wolf Pack. Let me be the second to welcome you, Do you promise to be loyal to the pack and to Alpha Cross? So you promise to fight beside the alpha during war and to put him in his place when need be

Do you promise to help around the pack when needed, i warn you, its not all planning parties, or decorating the house or the grandhall, or mating ceremonies, you will train, and you will learn everything that the alpha knows. when a pack member gets into trouble or tries to overthrow you, you will be the one that puts them in their place. They never will and should never feel disrespected. If you feel that way, will you make the problem right. Will you help with the children?” When he was done speaking, she answered him,

“Yes, I promise to everything, you just asked me, i will do what needs to be done to protect the pack, to train to learn, to keep my mate in his place when it needs to happen, I will take care of the children, and stand by my pack during war.”

“Hand me your hand, please, and Alpha Cross, please hand me your right hand?” we did what he had asked us to do. he turned our hands palms up, and he took the ceremony knife out of its sleeve. he mixed some herbs into a bowl, then he took Susan's hand and cut the palm of her hand, letting it bleed into the cup. Then he did mine the same way. He lifted a small rope off the table beside him. He wrapped the rope around our hands. we both felt the power going around our bodies. Once that was done, he turned to us raising our arms up as the rope was still around our hands,

Ladies and gentlemen, Your new Luna, i now pronounce MrS Luna Susan and Alpha Cross husband and wife,” some cheered and howled some did not, we did not notice when a shewolf walked up on stage with some kind of bottle, with liquid inside of it, right when we turned she threw it at Susan, the bottle hit the ground with the liquid splattering all over her dress and face, she was shocked not knowing what to do, her fingers went up to her face to clean the wetness off of her, i watched as she lifted her finger tips to her nose to smell her hand,

Susan pov

it all happen to fast, the ceremony went well without any drama so i thought, we turned to head down the steps to meet everyone and to eat, when i was suddenly drenched with a liquid, Queen was growling, i wasn't sure why until i smelled my hand, oh h3ll no, this b***h splashed wolfsband and silver on me, thinking it was going to scar me, i wasn't going to take this, and i will not allow it, i'm the luna now, I will demand respect, grabbing her by the throat i lifted her up the air,

“So you think you can do this to your luna?” i was so calm that i was dangerous calm, i waited for her to say something anything, but she smirked, pulling out a knife, i saw it just in time as she swung it to my chest, grabbing it i tossed it to the side, i heard the pack gasp, than she screamed at me,

“WHEN GUNNER COMES FOR YOU, HE WILL KILL YOU b***h!!” I had enough listening to this woman, how did he know where I was at? How did she even get into the pack, i was done thinking, letting go of her she fell to the ground, before she could get up, i stomped on her head smashing her head to the ground killing her, my eyes were a bright glowing green, the color of my Ivy wolf, she was trying to come out, but i had to reel her back inside,

“No, Queen, they are not ready to see you right now. Calm down, i handled this, and you don't need to scare the pack,”

“Fine, but the next b***h that comes like that, you won't be able to stop me, i will wreck this whole pack house just to make my point,” she went in the corner of my head watching to see what will come next, turning back around, i said,

“Is there anyone else that wants to try me, listen here, i can be the nicest person you can meet, but i can also be the meanest b***h you can meet, you decided what side you want to see, I am here to stay, i am Alpha Cross's mate, im not going any damn where, do i make myself clear?” To my chock, everyone went down on one knee and pledged their loyalty to me. They rose up on their feet,

“Alright everyone, let's eat, and let's try and have a good time. The guards will take the trash out,

sorry it's not edited, he's doing okay, they have all tubes out of him but two, they have him walking two laps, and today he walked without a walker, he still has a ways to go, but i am so proud of him. i will tell you what happened that day,

He went outside to work on his daughters house,

it wasn't long when he came back inside looking white as a ghost, i asked if it was his chest he nodded, so i got a small glass of milk thinking it would ease off, he got up to take shower to cool down, but it didn't help, he got dressed and sat down, that's when he started getting sick, he said i think i need to go to the hospital, i said lets go, we went to the emergency room, they took him inside a room, that's when the doctor took a look at me and said we are life flying him to the hospital, i called his daughters and told them where to go, i was heading there, it didn't take long for all of us to be there, the doctor came and got us and said he’s going back into surgery, he was having five bypasses, that ended up being seven, i have never prayed so hard in my entire life this week, they have slowly taken tubes out of him, today they took one of the drainage tubes out, and hes sitting up in a chair, his last walk will be soon for today, but he is eating soild foods now, but not that much, he is getting his streangth back, guys, i have never in my life been so scared. hes my person you know, for ten years we been together, hes all that i know, i don't know anything else, i wouldn't know what to do and i never want to find out, guys if you smoke and not eatting healthy, my advice to you is to stop smoking, start eating healthy, go on walks, look at the person you are with and tell them how much you love them, make sure they know they are loved, tell your kids and your loved ones how much you love them, i know Dreame might not want me to post this part, but i felt like i needed to write my piece, i had spent three days watching him in that bed with tubes all around him, with breathing wires around him, that was a huge scare, now hes sittiing up in a chair, eating smiling and wore out due to being in pain, but he said, when this is all over and done with, he will feel so much better, I want to thank everyone for your prayers, because i believe in the power of power, stay safe everyone, i'm not sure when the next update will be, i was lucky to even finish this one, but i will try and get it done, if not please just be patience with me, i'm going through a lot right now, trying to keep sane through all of this,
