The following morning, I was ready to go home. River asked a couple of Zetas to ride in the car with us. Wild Wind was still a threat. Nothing had changed so that meant Alpha Eric was most likely plotting his next move in trying to over throw my grandfather and take Fire Moon. I was scared, sure, but more than anything I wanted to see Nicky.
It took a couple hours but we eventually arrived home. I thanked River for taking care of me and he made me promise to stay away from danger like always. River told me he wanted to get back to his house right away so he did.
