The cabinet heeded his advice and collected the over-rich and wealthy's money to develop the community, the king came and investigated, and he was satisfied with their work ninety percent, his community was developed, and he placed strict welcoming measures on the community to make sure his and his cabinet's work was appreciated, dividends, and revenues accrued to them through their companies and every stake, share holder and worker were well-paid and cared for, their welfare improved and increased.
