Chapter Ten “HE’S ACTUALLY GOING to propose?” Alanna asked as Josh pulled into a parking spot in front of one of those giant, temporary Halloween stores that pop up every September. “Being mates isn’t enough?” Josh shrugged as he reached for the key and killed the engine. “Well, mates aren’t something that’s seen by the legal world. I think he’s thinking of the future and how best to take care of Eve.
