Macky's POV
Today I met a strange girl, her name is Ashley . She was very annoying, but for some reason I'm not really that much annoyed. She has been bugging me all day long, I even replied plainly at her, but she is so persistent. What's more weird is that she seems to know me more than I know myself. It is like, she had known me already for a very long time, even though , yesterday was our first meeting. It's also weird that it seems like I'm even looking forward on meeting her again tomorrow.
"Big brother! It's dinner time!"
Oh! It is dinner time already?
"Coming!" I shouted.

"Since today is the first day of school, our dinner should be special. I'm preparing my signature dish, my Bicol Express!" Mom proudly said as she was preparing her signature dish called Bicol Express. It is a spicy Filipino stew consisting of bite sized pieces of pork with chilies, coconut milk, shrimp paste, onions, tomato and garlic. The taste is phenomenal! The mild sweetness of coconut milk brings a sense of delight to the sharp notes of chili pepper and shrimp paste in my Mom's secret recipe.
"So, how is your day everyone?" She asked as she was serving her wonderful dish.
"It was great Mom! I even made new friends! I also like my new teacher named Ma'am Ansing. She's very friendly and approachable, she even gave us candies after class!" Debbie my younger sister joyfully answered.
"Oh, how wonderful! You even made new friends huh? Our Debbie is really a grown up girl now! I'm so proud of you." Mom answered with her joyful smile.
"That's my baby girl! Because of that, I am buying you a new toy this week!" Answered by Dad, my step father as he proudly smiled.
"How about you Macky? Was your day also great?" Mom eventually asked as her eyes pointed towards mine with her face showing great expectations.
"It was also great! I even made friends, their name were Cleo and Ashley," I replied. I didn't want to ruin the mood, thus I lied.
"Great for you then Macky. Also, I'll be deducting your allowance this week because we are short of money." Dad answered with his plain voice and expressionless face.
"But Dad, yousaid you're gonna buy me a new toy this week! Don't we have enough money? You could just give the money for my toy to big brother." Debbie sadly asked as she showed disappointment.
"Don't worry about me my cutie pie I have my savings! Plus, you deserve it!" I didn't want to make my younger sister sad, that's why I answered with my blissful smile. Plus, I'm used to it already. My step father had always been rough on me since she and my Mom got married. He treats me very different compared to how he treats Debbie, but I have no problem with it. As long as he treats my Mom and Debbie great, I don't mind him treating me this way.
"Your the best big brother!" Debbie answered with her ecstatic voice.

The dinner was finally finished, Everyone is upstairs doing their own things while I'm washing the dishes alone in the kitchen as what I always do.
The kitchen where I currently am is so silent, the only thing that I could hear is the clinking sound of plates. This sudden silence made me remember something, something that I've forgotten.
Lately this morning after I woke up, I noticed that I was crying while I was asleep. My eyes were completely swollen and my chest even felt heavy all of a sudden. It's as if I was grieving for a very long time. I even felt a faint of sadness that I don't even know where it is coming from.
I tried to remember the dream that I had, but for some reason something strange is blocking me. Every time I put an effort to recover the memories I had in my dream, I will suddenly feel a severe headache. It feels like my head is about to burst and c***k open.
However, my effort didn't all go to waste. I remembered something, although not all, but I remembered something. It was a girl, the reason why I was crying was because of a girl. I can't clearly remember her face but I think she is someone around my age. It is unearthly abnormal knowing the fact that I'm not even attached to anyone around my age, specifically to a girl. It would make sense if the girl in my dream is either my Mom or Debbie, but for some reason, I know that it wasn't neither of them. I even know that she's around my age even though I can't remember her telling me about her age in my dream.
In my dream, the girl was dead and I was crying, totally depress in her burial. Their was even a man whom I remember but can't clearly recall his face in that dream. We were even talking about something very important, although I can't clearly recollect everything, but I remembered it is something about a deal?
Fudge! This is so exhausting. I feel something fishy about it, but what can be fishy about a dream? A dream is just dream, it is just a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind during a sleep.
But why? Why does it feels like I'm missing something, something very important, something I need to remember. It feels like the dream that I had, is a memory of mine. However, I don't even remember grieving for someone this much except when my father died when I was young. Plus, I was a child back then, but in that dream, I was a full adult. Is this what they called a vision? Will I ever meet a girl whom I'll cry so much to the point that I would do everything for her in the future? If it's true, then I wish that I could save her in this life.
