Meeting him for the First Time Again

Silence conquered the room. Rather than crying, I was awestruck, lost in my own agony. I didn't notice that I was already alone. The pain became a dumbbell that added weight in my heart. I felt heavy. Every breath that I take was painful, its as if the breaths that I took was filled with torns that scratches my throat all the way to my heart.
"Bzzzzz! BEEP! BEEP! BEEEP!"
The simple battery alarmed clock in our kitchen on the fridge buzzed loudly. The buzzing and the beeping sound covered the room that was conquered by silence. It was class time! I'm gonna be late for school. I was so overwhelmed by my emotions that I forgot that today is the first day of this school year. The day where I'll meet Macky for the first time. I quickly packed my things, wore my uniform, and called a cab.
I still can't believe it. Today is literally the first day of school! The first day of my last(Graduating student) senior high school life! Everyone looks so different, they all look so young. Every step is nostalgic.
"Ashley! Run! Run Ashley! We're going to be late for the class!"
I know that voice. That girl with a black short hair like Dora the Explorer wearing glasses on her eyes. It's Sheena! She's one of my closest friend. She was my seat mate last year. God I miss that voice, but I need to hurry or we're gonna be late for class.
Me and Sheena ran towards our classroom. I thought we're gonna be late, but luckily the class did not start yet. Our classmates were lining up outside the classroom and were called one by one by our teacher to guide them to their fixed seats.
"Ballares, Ashley!"
It was my turn. The teacher called me by my last name followed by my first name.
"Your seat is on the second row next to Macky. Hurry up and go inside," said by the teacher.
"Yes Ma'am!"
As I walked towards the door, the beautiful handsome man cought my eye. His beautiful black shining eyes with his charming thick eyebrows along with his two block haircut that showcases the shaved back and sides of his head(Korean styled haircut). As if that wasn't enough, his white snowy skin that gives elegance on his face made him stand out more. On top of that, he has this manly yet gentle aura that every girl wants! Yes, that person is no other than Macky!
This is it. I will meet him again for the first time in this timeline. Macky, the person who sacrificed everything to me. I can still remember it, I can still remember our first meeting. If I'm not mistaken, he will approach me first and would say hi.
"Excuse me Ma'am, can I request to change seat with Sheena?"
What? What's happening? It wasn't like this, it wasn't like in the past. I don't remember him requesting for a change of seat to anyone. He's supposed to say hi and befriend me first! To make it more ironic, he specifically chose Sheena.
" Mr. Sabino! I've already arranged everything! Be contented to where you are! Listen class, the seating arrangement is meticulously planned and made by me. So please understand that I put a lot of effort in your sitting arrangement in order for you to socialize with people that you aren't close with. Do you get me Mr. Macky S. Sabino? "
Our teacher was furious. I forgot that Ma'am Hannah is an infamous strict teacher in our school. For the very first time, I'm actually happy about her strictness. Because of her, my chance of being close to Macky again has increased. But the question is still there! Why did he want to change seats? It didn't happen in the original timeline! Was it because of me? Because of my interruption? Was it because of the curse?
"Yes, Ma'am!"
Why is he still not approaching me! God I hate this. Base on my memory of my past life, he should be approaching me now. Any moment now. Well, if he won't, then I will.
"Hello, I heard your name is Macky. My name is Ashley by the way!" I said.
"Oh, hi Ashley." Macky answered.
"Let's have a wonderful relationship as seat mates for this school year Macky! If you won't mind?" I replied.

A moment of silence came. It became awkward. He ignored me, he did not reply. He opened his cellphone as a means to ignore my existence.
" Ommo! I also love that anime! I didn't think you're also an Otaku like me Macky! "
A girl next to Macky, his other seat mate in his left side suddenly talked. It was Cleorose. The girl who he mentioned he liked in my past life. Cleorose is a half Filipina and half Spaniard. She's one of the beauty in our school. She has this brown sparkling eyes with here shimmering long hair along with her beautiful brown skin. She's also tall and sexy as f**k! She's one of those women who were blessed with a medium sized boobs that fits her tall and sexy body perfectly! She looks like a model!
"I also watch One Piece."
He replied? Whatttt! Although it's plain, he still replied!!!!!
"Uwaah, me toooo! I heard that there's a new One Piece movie in the Cinema! Let's Go and watch in on Saturday!"
Is this girl a b*tch? They just met, and now she's asking him to watch a movie together? A girl asking a man to date? A slut! She's beautiful, but a slut! I mean there's nothing wrong when a girl ask a man to date, but seriously? They just met!

After that, Macky ignored her completely. Just like me, Cleorose continued to talk in order to gain his attention. She continued to blabber. It was nonstop and very annoying! I wanted to speak, but I couldn't butt in. Luckily, someone called her. So, she went outside and left.
It's now my chance. The annoying b***h is gone! I know that just like Cleorose, he will also ignore me. But I won't give up! He didn't gave up on me. This time, I'll be the one who won't give up! I won't give up on him. We will be close just like in my past life, and I'll break the curse!
" So Macky where do you live?"
"In Crossing Rubber."
"Waah, my cousin also live there! Do you know anyone named Meg Zoe B. Catalan?"
"No."
Why are his replies so plain? He makes it so obvious that he isn't even a little bit interested in me!
"I guess my cousin isn't that famous huh?"

Yesterday was a total disaster! But this time, I'll have a normal conversation with him!

"You may now sit down!" Ma'am Hannah said.
"Thank you Ma'am Hannah!"
"We will be electing our class officers today!"
Oh yes, I forgot that today is the day. I'll be nominated as a secretary by Macky and will win the election. I'll be the official secretary of our section. But will I? Many things have changed already. I can't even hold a proper conversation with Macky, much less will he nominate me? I wonder what will be the outcome of today's election.
