I hated the fact that I had to leave Amelia when she was in pain but I knew that if I didn’t go to see Ruth she was going to keep bothering me until I paid attention to her. I didn’t really know or understand what she thought she could do for my mate or what she could do to help her and Amelia but I was willing to give her my ear.
“You better make this quick,” I said as I entered her room
“I am just worried because she is human, what if it doesn’t work the way it would work if she was a wolf?” she asked me
