Shifting Loyalties Aria's POV When I wake up, the flat is quiet; Sofia is still asleep in her room. I sighed, feeling as though everything that has transpired is weighing me down. Seeing Dante once more, the conflict between us, the shadows hovering in the margins of our lives—all of it has left me feeling as though I am about to fall. I quickly look at the message I crumpled yesterday, one warning me to leave Dante. Given I had barely let him reenter my life, it is ludicrous.
