Chapter 13 TarynJeff and Olivia were creatures of habit. Or maybe Jeff was a creature of habit, and that’s all Olivia knew. Either way, the pair enjoyed certain rituals, and I considered myself lucky to be included. One such ritual: Taco Tuesdays. Jeff couldn’t cook much, but he could brown ground beef and dump taco seasoning in a pan. Entering his kitchen, I found the sight of Jeff placing a cookie sheet with taco shells in the oven especially comforting.
