They’re in love with the idea of writing, so they waste years being in love. But you’re not like that. If anything, this proposal has shown me what a hard worker you are, even if I don’t think it’s a viable topic in this discipline. You did this in two weeks while also finishing your last exam. It’s exceptionally well written and researched. You also converted graduate courses from another institution, in another field, in a matter of months only a year ago. You’re adaptable, like I said. No reason to not get you out of here as fast as possible.”
