"You idiots!" Caesar's voice thundered through the penthouse as Drake and Jaxon slunk through the door, their clothes disheveled and their faces bearing fresh bruises from their encounter at the bar. "What the hell were you thinking?"
Drake touched his split lip gingerly, his jaw clenched with rage. "Those Blackthorne bastards jumped us. Adrian and that psychopath Kai came out of nowhere."
"They had no right to interfere," Jaxon added, his silver ring now bent from the fight. "We were just trying to talk to her."
