Dreams For a boasting tomorrow

Golden running days, Maran went for a walk early morning. The weather was promising, pleasant and the day was cloudy.

After sometime he noticed that he has covered a long distance yet not tired. Then he started running. He felt happy after this he descided to run everyday.

Soon an athletic coach saw his talent and asked him to join a sports academy, he agreed and became a local sprinter.

One day when he was running in a park. He heard a loud cry of an injured puppy coming near a rose plant. As a first aid Maran crushed rose petals and used it as a medicine for his leg.

Then he took him to a veterinary doctor who treated him and he recovered swiftly. He took him home and both of them became friends. He christened him a name that was 'rosey' signifying their first meet.

From then both of them went for practice together. But as there is a villian in every story, the haters of Maran's growth wanted to obstacle it. An athlete's power is his leg.

So they descided to break it. one day when Maran and Rosey were returning from the practice session. The haters banged them and Maran Fractured his left ankle with one step behind the graveyard.

Maran was taken to the hospital where the doctor suggested the poor parents of Maran with full of grief that he has to undergo a surgery in which a metallic screw will be used to fix his fractured left ankle.

It made a big hole in their pockets but Maran's life was more important. So they somehow managed to pay for it. Days past after huge rest Maran recovered, within 1 and a half month he started walking and after 2 months he started running.

He was a born athlete and gradually he regained his speed. Then he went for nationals and returned with medals on his chest. He became popular and his haters asked for apology and he forgived them.

After somedays he asked his mother how was it possible? how could he run back even with a left ankle jointed by screw? what all happened when he was in hospital? what happened to Rosey?his mother revealed that Rosey was also heavily injured but still he ran behind the ambulance.

After knowing that Maran was in Operation theatre, Rosey didn't ate anything, and prayed to god with roses. When Maran was at bed rest he died keeping a rose on Maran's hand.

That day Maran realised that "love is not restricted to humans only". suddenly Maran experienced like someone Disturbing him with his nail it was his pet dog and opening his eyes he found that it wasn't reality but a dream with full of love for a boasting tomorrow.

He wondered how he could name his dog Rosey in the dream which had the real name ' scoofy'.

In real he wasn't an athlete but a kho-kho player in his school.
