It was only when the automated lights flickered on overhead, signaling the late hour, that I finally stopped, rolling my stiff shoulders with a wince. The familiar ache in my scapula was a small price to pay for the mindless focus the practice provided. With a sigh, I gathered my things and headed towards the hot springs area.
