"Doctora! Are you ok?" boses ni Dr. Elizalde ang pumukaw sa alaala ko.
"Ahmmm― I am ok, what time did he regain consciousness Doc?" I asked.
"About 45 mins ago, si Gillian ang bantay niya kanina," he answered.
"Is he ok? Why isn't he talking?" tanong ko habang nakatingin sa nakapikit nang si Yuri pero alam kong gising ito.
"He was talking earlier."
Tumingin ako kay Dr. Elizalde and frowned. Bakit noong pumasok ako tumahimik na?
“Let's give him the time to rest. You know coma patients tend to doze off after undergoing series of tests after waking up."
When they left I reached to hold his hand but he flinched.
