“So you have finally decided to stop pursuing that Hernandez guy?” Her father asked her and she nodded her head while chewing a piece of meat. Her father just gave her a strange look and shrugged, “Well, that was fast.” He said as he cut the steak on his plate.
They’re currently eating dinner together—her, her mom and her dad. It is less awkward now because finally, after a week of her father avoiding eating together with her, he finally decided to join in.
