Ava’s POV
I grasp tightly onto Cameron’s hand as he leads me off of the plane.
The sun is starting to set, and the sky now has a brilliant burnt orange glow as we step out the door and onto the narrow stairs leading onto the landing strip.
Letting go of Cameron’s hand so that I can grasp the handle bars on each side, I scan the area around me and notice a limousine and 3 black SUVs waiting nearby, with several huge, smartly dressed, men standing beside them watching us.
Swallowing nervously, I automatically reach back out for Cameron’s already waiting hand as I take the last step onto the pavement.
He gives me another reassuring squeeze and leads me to the waiting cars, Eric and Darius following close behind us.
