Ava’s POV
I watch Rachel from behind Chris as she takes a few steps towards us, the Lycans behind her mirroring her movements.
“Stop Rachel.” Chris demands, his body tense.
She chuckles.
“Oh, come on! Are you really going to fight me to defend these weak werewolves?”
She gestures at Lily and me with a smirk.
“You hate them as much as I do. Cameron has gone too soft and you know it. He doesn’t prioritize Lycans as he should. This territory is Lycan territory, the werewolves do not belong here.” Her eyes narrow as she takes another slow step towards us and I see Chris twitch.
“Something needed to be done, so I am taking care of it. The southern territory agreed with me, the werewolves need to go.”
She is only 6 feet from us now and Eric lets out a snarl in warning and Rachel stops
