Details of the issues of two very important pastoral companies operating in Australia, the Australian Estates and Mortgage Co., the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., have been revived. Our cable messages gave a digest of both, and also the information that the issue had been over-subscribed. The Australian Estates and Mortgage Co. owns a large number of pastoral property in New South Wales and Queensland, and important sugar interests in the latter state. It also possesses a valuable pastoral agency business.
