Chapter 32: Ryker
Ryker POV The sun was way too bright and I was fairly certain I was not in my quarters at the compound. I tried to open my eyes but had to shut them. I slowly started to search my memory for where I was and what I may have done. I had finished my reports on the new recruits for the military and sent them to Titan and the court. I had a few phone meetings with beta’s in the region seeking council on security strategy, a few business calls, then I left to go check in on my clubs. In the last one, I can remember finishing the review of the books and then stepping into the VIP lounge for a few drinks. The clubs operate so that the main floor and front rooms are for humans. The VIP lounge and rooms are on the balcony area overlooking the main floor and are only open to alternate beings. This
